- Hi... this time I made a super easy snack named Oliebollen, taste exactly the same as donut but it is far easier and more practical to make.
To fry the donut I use lovely Cosmo pan from Stein (shp.ee/2ahquc4)
Dutch Donut / Oliebol / Oliebollen Recipe

Ingredients A:
1 tsp sugar
1.5 tsp yeast
50ml lukewarm water
Ingredients B:
300gr (30 tbsp) all purpose flour
45gr (3 tbsp) sugar
1 egg
220ml milk
half tsp salt
30gr (2 tbsp) margarine, melt it
Topping to taste.
