How long go your curls last when you do this style? And what's your nighttime routine to keep them looking nice all week long?

They last for about 5 days but longer if I put flexi rods in to keep the curls. If I don’t use flexi rods then I’ll put my hair up in a scarf, kinda like a pineapple but with no hair tie so it doesn’t leave a dent in my hair.
