Back in the eighties, a mate of mine bought an orange L34 in Brisbane and thrashed the absolute bejesus out of it for about two years. When it pooed itself he stuck it in his front yard and it sat there for years and he refused to sell it. I left town in the early nineties and I've got no idea what eventually happened to it.

Had a L34 myself, one of the GMH best car's ever made imo, they estimate about 383 made.

I had one too, bought in 1978. A friend bought a 302 Cobra that year. My L34 was so much more fun to drive. Seller's regret now 😭😭😭

So many were treated like that back when they weren't worth anything. Hopefully he didn't let it rust away and someone got a hold of it and saved it.
