Or, they could make a more universal song that will stand the test of time and be relevant every year (as long as the Bears continue to suck). Think for minute, man. This was the smart way to go. I think they added the kelly green color in the Lombardi years. (Some Packers fan can correct me if I'm wrong.) I've read that the blue and gold colors were in honor of Notre Dame.
