Whenever I listen to this song I can't help but remember a moment I had with a friend on mount & blade warband. We played a multiplayer mod and just the two of us held a castle against 30 fully armed and armored clanmembers who thought we were easy prey while we had nothing but each our sword. They kept coming over and over again, charging with their armored horses. We took them all down. We held our own, the few against the many. We protected the place we took with our hard work. We were truly brothers in arms that day.

(0:33 - 1:19) The figure begins taking steps toward the colossus. As the monster begins to raise it's hand to bring down upon the figure, the person's eyes flicker red, then back to blue. He takes another few steps forward before stopping completely, his head aimed forward, not looking at the monstrosity before him. His blank expression showing no emotion. His eyes darken, but still, they shine. The bodies behind him are signs that this monstrosity has killed many before him, easily destroyed by this beast's enormous power. The beast begins to slam down it's enormous hand, sending shock waves throughout the earth, yet the mysterious man has disappeared from the ground. Reappearing in front of the beast's face, his mouth sports a grin, as his eyes have turned red. (1:20 - 1:35) The figure's hands glow with a red aura. Jumping forward, the figure slams his fist into the beast, a shockwave spreads across it's face as the figure turns and kicks forward, knocking the beast back a step, not realizing that the beast's hand had appeared behind him, about to strike! (1:36 - 2:19) The impact had slammed the figure into the side of a mountain, creating a dent in the stone. He tried moving, but his body's muscles had seized up! The colossus moves in for another strike, his fist bound for the figure trapped in stone. (2:20 - 2:35) The beast's fist had been thrown backwards, raised up to it's eye as it's entire hand was engulfed in flames, a roar escaping it's mouth as another figure stepped out from the shade of the mountain. A woman, covered in flame, her right hand outstretched, with a large ball of fire within, slowly shrinking. "Aww, how rude, he's trying to blow out the candles before the party's over!" A small frown stretched across her face before her expression changes to that of annoyance. "I don't like people who ruin my fun." (2:35 - 3:06) The sky turns dark as the colossus swings it's arms, trying to catch the girl as she easily glides through the cracks, every kick and punch delivering a scorching heat, damaging the beast, angering it. Making the strikes more frequent. As the beast's arm draws downward, the girl easily glides under, the arm slams downward, but not before it's hand is sliced in half. Emerging from it is the man donning his darkened cloak, his sword drawn from it's sheathe. The beast's second hand reaches to grab it's arm, the finger slamming back into the man, harder than the original strike. The impact made on the ground creates a large dust cloud as the girl covered in fire rushes down towards him. (3:06 - Ending) The girl jumps down onto the ground, the flames covering her body soon disappearing, her crimson hair shines in the sunlight as she runs towards the man. Kneeling down next to him, she immediately takes notice that he is bleeding, the crimson liquid pours quickly from his body as she tries to heal him, tearing off part of the sleeves on her shirt, she wraps the cloth around his wound. The man's eyes begin to close as the girl stares in silent shock. Her expression drops to a blank stare as she places what looks to be a necklace down on his hand, closing it, and standing up to face the beast. "We're not builders, nor are we destroyers, we're not humans, Nor are we gods...The hearts we have, contain a force that drives you to act, to fight. Because in the end the only thing that keeps us going is knowing that there are people we could save." She takes more steps toward the 250 Meter tall beast. "Nor are we love, nor are we hate, We're not hunters, nor are we hunted." Her body begins to surround itself in flame. The aura is stronger, the flames burn white hot as she takes another step toward the beast, who in turn, takes steps back to avoid the flames of the girl. "My name is Scarlet. And I...." Her flames burned hotter and hotter, they no longer held color, only the heat could be felt as the wind stirred in the open desert. The beast brought it's hand downwards, and Scarlet took no action, and just as the beast's hand hit her, she raised her right hand upwards and caught it, causing absolute fear in the beast's eyes. Scarlet looks upward, her eyes burning a pure white. "...Am a Guardian." Her hand closes downward as flames surround the beast, it screams outward as even its stone armor is melted into hot lava, leaving the beast defenseless as the white hot flames begin turning the colossus' body into ash. Only after the battle do the flames die down, and with them, Scarlet falls to the ground.
