Finding this channel was a blessing because I'm honestly tired of going to different resturants and getting mediocre food here and there and it's always hit or miss. It's not red or white meat it's fish! flevefull juicy fish...
The idea fish needs to melt in your mouth (with only the natural fats no added oil/..)
Well seasoned and cooked... no oil no bread crumbs no nothing..
Try musht... it's a bit rare and expensive( but relatively to the quality it's cheep... not that expensive u know....)
but it melts in your mouth and fairly easy to cook
Simply great...
Now he needs to stick to chicken and pork and... after seeing this monstrosity i never want to watch him trying to cook fish again...
Listen to me... i'm telling u... try it... you'll see the huge difference...
