We are looking to buy to live in Noida and our interested in Ats phase 2 and this project but both are not being registered. Why? Do you think we should go ahead and purchase it and take the risk on an unregistered property?
Yes... The registery process is on hold in sector 150. Because developers have not fulfilled their criteria of sports area development

Rent in greater noida hover around 30k in developed sectors. Sector 150 doesnt have basic amenities nearby. So you shouldnt be paying more than 20k.

Hi pavan , please expose this builder this builder is just looting the money from the customer and they are just fetching the amount they are charging me arounr 2 lakh for maintenance for 2 year and that is forcefully and they are just giving the foolish reason for this , a part from that they are asking the customer for other extra charges as well that is even not in documents.
Ace buoder show some shame and treat your customers with dignity and pride .
