Nice video Greg. Great job! Will this kit work on an auto clamp machine, such as a RFT33?

During we calibrate the balancer machine. Is it necessary to fit pro bike kit during balancing process. Need your advise ?

The balancer should be calibrated without the ProBike kit attached. Then attach the ProBike kit and perform a “tooling compensation” to eliminate any imbalance that may be in the ProBike kit. This will give you the best results. Happy balancing!!!

Is there any more information on what settings to use on the balancer? I'm having issues with my laser finding the measurements on the wheel.

Hi. There are limits to the dimensions of the wheel which can be automatically detected by the balancer. It would be best to contact your service representative for more information.

@@HunterLearningChannel I have a dozen or so balancers currently operating in my shops for MC wheels. Every machine is problematic for the team. The lasers don't always read the dimensions. The amount of weights to balance the wheels is generally very high. The spin check always asks for another qty of weights to be applied. We are currently operating the machines with "Smartweight" turned off and using single plane balancing to try and make the machines work. Your service techs know very little about using these machines for MC wheels with a few techs going so far as to say these machines are not designed for MC wheels. One tech told us there is a "known" issue when using these machines for MC wheels and that we just have to wait for fix from the engineers.
