For past 2 months I wondered why I couldn't feel Isabella anymore of why the connection was so faint *of course little did I realize the problem was me because I was obsessed with my DM neglecting my own self* But the moment I realized this this I looked inward then the connection came storming back in my heart chakra. Now I know I should focus on myself and the universe will do the rest. I shouldn't worry. You have such a great well spoken voice you explained this twin flame experience so much better then most. I would say also once the DF comes more into fullness and pulls her energy away. Now the DM chases and enters their awakening while the DF is entering into her mission and finding her true-self and sense of purpose. As she is building from that foundation you may see a role reversal as she is sure of herself no longer seeking validation from DM. Now this is the time for the DM to go through the harder parts of the journey, then I believe as DM comes out of this stage you see a little bit of a shift as DM starts to enter where DF has been for a time, (fullness and sureness of themselves) so now the DF may chase a little again. I had an epiphany today while listening to a podcast... about detachment...in the podcast they were discussing detachment and single focus... Then I had this realization for myself... its not about detachment! Its about attachment to God! Because once we are attached to God, detachment makes no sense, plus you are single focused at the same time! But if you have to work the other way round and start from detachment, you have to detach from soooo many things ! It can be exhausting! But if you can attach yourself to God, you surrender, and when you surrender you trust, and when you trust you are in internal peace, and when you are in peace, you are in the moment, and when you are in the moment with God, what needs to find you will come to you and what needs to leave will leave, but since you are deeply connected to God nothing really matters as such any more and you live life more gracefully with flow and Wisdom...

Interesting. I have been doing inner and outer work hours a day in solitude for almost a year. My DM left for another. He wanted to keep me as a friend. Nope. Interestingly, I am now feeling the desire to start doing activities again. I am approaching inner Union. I feel calm and peaceful. Zen at times... I need to just continue my inner and outer work. DM texts occasionally, every few months or so. I feel mostly neutral about him. I am making new plans for my life. It's a slow process, but I am making progress. Your videos really help in understanding this journey. It helps to understand DM even though my focus is on myself and my journey.

I am so grateful to find this channel. Everything you speak about I have experienced. I just had contact on Saturday, briefly, it was literally just a hug, But in those moments of that hug, he pulled me so tight and there was a merging , it was like we were in a timeless space together . You say clearly, that its the part of the dm to make the physical union happen. We are in separation, I dont use facebook instagram or sth, so he is not able to watch me from distance (you said its good for him to do that but there is no possbibility to see me in any way) What about to get in contact? I resonated with you because I feel you were already a spiritual person and also had a catalyst twin experience like myself....
I had an epiphany today while listening to a podcast... about detachment...in the podcast they were discussing detachment and single focus...
Then I had this realization for myself... its not about detachment! Its about attachment to God!
Because once we are attached to God, detachment makes no sense, plus you are single focused at the same time!
But if you have to work the other way round and start from detachment, you have to detach from soooo many things ! It can be exhausting!
But if you can attach yourself to God, you surrender, and when you surrender you trust, and when you trust you are in internal peace, and when you are in peace, you are in the moment, and when you are in the moment with God, what needs to find you will come to you and what needs to leave will leave, but since you are deeply connected to God nothing really matters as such any more and you live life more gracefully with flow and Wisdom...

We have forgotten that we are supposed to be attached and aligned with our creator, but we have left our creator and attached ourselves to creations instead, which has lead to many Gods that is fragmented, instead of The one God...when our attention has to be divided into so many things it will naturally exhaust us...
That’s the reason you feel internal freedom with attachment with God, and imprisoned when you are attached to other than God.
Hence I suppose one of the twinflame themes is Oneness, although they seem divided in the physical sense, but in true metaphysical sense they experience the one soul...

Interesting. I have been doing inner and outer work hours a day in solitude for almost a year. My DM left for another. He wanted to keep me as a friend. Nope. Interestingly, I am now feeling the desire to start doing activities again. I am approaching inner Union. I feel calm and peaceful. Zen at times... I need to just continue my inner and outer work. DM texts occasionally, every few months or so. I feel mostly neutral about him. I am making new plans for my life. It's a slow process, but I am making progress. Your videos really help in understanding this journey. It helps to understand DM even though my focus is on myself and my journey.

I am so grateful to find this channel. Everything you speak about I have experienced. I just had contact on Saturday, briefly, it was literally just a hug, But in those moments of that hug, he pulled me so tight and there was a merging , it was like we were in a timeless space together . And I really felt the merging enegically and the peace was ✨ we pushed each other away because it got so intense and just stared at each other. Later, on that day, I had a huge release. It was a deep sense of loss that I didn’t have him near me, but then I remembered your words and that helped me remember he’s with me always, and all I could feel after that was grateful. My heart was so full. I’ve been celibate for four years now and I believe I had my kundalini awakening before I met him. I have been practicing Kriya meditation for over a decade and it’s all about balancing Shakti shiva energies within. I had a huge heart awakening right before I met him. He ended up, marrying his catalyst, a year after we met. It was so hard for both of us. The lunar eclipse that is coming up is conjunct our moon in our composite chart, it was not surprising to me that he reached out and that we actually saw each other. Can you do a video explaining the devine feminine in a masculine body and devine masculine in female body. I know the majority is the other way round. I know it's energy. When we say the DF comes up to the crown chakra, are we referring to just the feminine, Ida, energy channel in the body? Or both feminine and masculine channels in balance and rising through the central sushumna channel within the DF's body?

Hi, the DF can get to the crown chakra via Ida and pingala within herself. She will awaken deeper and more fully as the DM goes through his awakening/Purification
