I love that Jon starts with hormones. That would be my first step too after listening and reading all the perimenopause/menopause stuff. Seems to start after 35 year young for most women. When I was first listening to you talk about exercising I had a thought pop in my head ‘mold toxicity’ that’s so weird. Then later in the video he said mold toxicity was a possibility. Very interesting to watch your session thank you 😀

This was so interesting cause like that DM I sent a few weeks ago. I had no clue how our hormones related to iron levels. Now almost 2 months into getting diagnosed with PMDD which is a hormonal disorder and now treating it my iron levels and my migraines are improving so much….being a woman is an incredible thing but man our hormones are complicated and boy do they impact so much
will You be sharing Your whole journey with him with us?? If You said it, I missed it; I'm sorry. Probably should listen again as there is a lot of information in there. I should have been taking notes too!! Pray this gets You the answer You have been searching so long & hard for!!
Ok, a little correction here: It is confusing, i'm sure, but: pre-menopause is the time when you're still young and having regular periods. Perimenopause can begin at 35-36, for sure. If you have symptoms of more severe PMS, or PMDD, then i would be looking at your labs and test. Post menopause is when you haven't had a period in 12 months. I certainly had perimenopause at 35. And i didn't know it and did not think about it when i was in my 30's. It should be talked about it more. So kuddos for Jonathan here.
