Couple of notes from a speedrunner: - you can escape center perks in a similar way to rattlesnake springs, by chipping a wall at the west of the prison, right by the infirmary and mail sorting job, and you don't need to do it during lights out - the red key desk in snow way out can be easily accessed by chipping the wall from the room with the logs - the solo escape on kapow camp can be done pretty easily, you need a makeshift ladder (3 tins of paint), makeshift thruster(can of soda and sugar mints) and a screwdriver, all of which are easily acquired via desks or shops.
For Snow way out solo, you could've chipped the wall that's near the solo escape password location. Also, incase you do do the DLC's at some point, here's a trick that might save time: If you gain a intellect point then exit the minigame once you gain the point, you can save energy.
Wow this series did great for you! People spotted mistakes not even I saw when watching both videos through when they were first released 😂 Also as of this comment, both videos combined are now at 13k views which is great to see, glad to see other people still enjoy this game and its great seeing it in the spotlight here!
And so the curse of Rattlesnake Springs Floor 2 strikes again. I really enjoyed the run and I think it's interesting what sort of issues arise because of contraband detectors and whatnot. GG on the run!
I'm so glad this game is still getting attention 6 years later! The first game should be far more difficult with this concept due to various mechanics that make heat go up passively (wearing a guard outfit, for example), so if you do plan on doing it do prepare to suffer and last but not least first. :-)
@@Sh4dow15 yea thats what ı thought as well but it would be really interesting, you cant use guard uniforms because that gains heat so you have to go through wents or tunnels also hot chocolate would be very useful because it doesnt gain heat as far as ı know
not really that hard, 2 files can cut through one fence and one crowbar/iron bar can break though one wall The only thing that can't reliably be done is dig, but if you need to then there's always the option of using plastic spoons and digging in a place where it won't get found
@@Sh4dow15 It looked pretty fun, I'm looking for alternative routes to do it so it's more of a challenge and less of a guide, I would not of thought of that H.M.P Offshore escape lol.
most based reason for not doing a dlc in a game challenge

Your HMP Offshore escape was actually what I used to unlock the Trash Talk escape! Thanks!
Perfect timing with me just discovering this channel from the first video
You deserve more subs
nice, I think you actually listened to my comment and started speaking louder :)
keep up the awesome videos!

I used the room nearby in snow way out to get the thing inside the desk by beaking the wall not coverd in lights
So I think the Escapists 1 without heat will be impossible.
Ye, the escapes would end up being so difficult given how strict that game can be. It would certainly be a much tougher challenge
@@Sh4dow15 and let’s not forget that sometimes the guards get onto you adding heat to you.
are you thinking about beating TE1 without heat it would probably be harder because of hmp irongate but very fun to watch
If I did, the challenge would be absurdly difficult. I may still attempt it anyway as it could be quite fun!

Video Idea: Escaping all prisons without crafting (I know I’m evil)
Already done.

@@theregularterrarian3933 But then you reach H.M.P Offshore
I know this has been done already but I may do it anyway
If you have xbox the dlc is on sale for $4
But even then its your choice, I personally enjoyed The Glorious Regime and Dungeons and Duct Tapes the most though.
I might get the dlc as the prisons do look interesting. I also really enjoyed doing this challenge
