I just had a new pc since last month with an rtx2080ti/ i5-12600k/ 16gb DDR4 and a Samsung SSD is this ok to play with all the mods in the description at 60fps?

it wont ever be fixed on the renderware version. They fixed it on Definitive by hosting it in Unreal Engine. Honestly I wish these mods were just ported to Definitive.

But it's too dark at some places.
