The best would be a VERTICAL AXIS (VAWT), not a Horizontal axis (HAWT) wind turbine. Even though they are less efficient, VAWTs are much safer for birds, bats, and aircraft.
I haven't seen one HAWT with an aircraft WARNING BEACON atop each of the BLADES.
Whereas, the highest point of a VAWT would be easy to mark with a beacon.
Also, a LIGHTNING ROD can extend higher than the top of a VAWT. Might as well put the warning beacon atop the lightning rod.
The probability of air flowing towards a HAWT is less and LESS LAMINAR, the larger and LARGER they are constructed; resulting in more uneven stresses, causing warpage and cracking failures.
In North America, 99% of TORNADOES rotational spin is counter-clockwise (with respect of the clouds 'looking' down to the ground). A Tornado would definitely tend to damage or destroy a HAWT, whereas a VAWT would tend to COUNTERACT a tornado and break the tornado up. Which way should the VAWTs spin ? Clockwise or counter-clockwise ?? A laboratory model of a tornado and proportionately tinier VAWTs would provide that answer.

With fast water release cascading vacuum will generate any speed of wind and cost less need no electric costly
