Ingredients:
1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation:
Dry Roast
8-10 red chillies (you can adjust according to your spice level)
1.5 tbsp coriander seeds
2 cardamom 1 small cinnamon
1 star anise, 4 cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Curry leaves
3 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves
1/4 cup water
