Provide a differential diagnosis for the etiology of small bowel ischemia based on CT appearance

Initially an inflammatory pattern: Edema, Wall thickening
That progresses to: Dilation, Wall thinning, Non-enhancement
Finally pneumatosis, portal venous gas, rupture
Multiple etiologies for obstruction with management implications
