  • Four hundred years ago, the Guna left the mountains of northern Colombia, driven away by the advancing conquistadors. They sought refuge on a string of islands in the Caribbean Sea, off the coasts of Panama. They now live from fishing, and sell their harvest on markets.
    Today, our guide Marc plunges us into the Guna people’s traditional daily life, between land and sea.
