Played with sincere feelings. A very pleasant performance. I don't think in Chopin's era they had a piano this powerful. Those steinway concert grand pianos are fabulous. Very nicely recorded and mixed.

Outstanding, a matured interpretation from a young girl. This young lady will go places.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rate this concerto as far as difficulty for the pianist?

There are so many new & young talented musicians appearing on the scene but they annoy me intensely , because they are all so proficient they make it look easy & we all know it isn't easy at all . Congratulations to them all -- after all their years of study & practice they bring so much pleasure to so many people throughout the world . But I must say , I really don't like arm waving pianists . It is so distracting & energy wasting & unnecessary.

I wrote a very nice comment, but the UA-cam Not Seas deleted it, so... sorry.

Too intense. Chopin far more laid back. Delicate expression and playing. This performance sounds far too like Beethoven

Poor Chopin. In every respect unaccaptable, meaningless, and far beyond the capabilities of all actors: Pianist, conductor and orchestra.

Oh please. You speak for Chopin?

This is a talented young lady. Now, if her performance is not up to your expectations, this is UA-cam… you can go listen to something else without disturbing others’ enjoyment.
Making a comment of this caliber is not conducive to better performance or to creativity in general.
So called ”hard love” just does not work. Let’s give our young people a chance.
Being gentle costs so little and reaps such wonderful results.

@@annepilgrim6865 Nonsense talk. Maybe the "young lady" is talented in something, but for sure not in playing the piano, especially romantic concertos. And whoever publishes his/her attempts in front of a million audience at UA-cam must accept a rating. If you fear the heat, stay out of the fire, is a German proverb. But this is the "generation snow flake": They do not deliver quality but expect neverless to get big applause - otherwise they are "disturbed". Nature does not work that way, be sure. Nobody denies you "enjoying" bad quality, but censorship will not lead to any creativity. When the "young lady" has won the next International Chopin Competition, you may come back to me - but we both know about the chances for players who are that weakly mediocre at 15. Great pianists were significantly better with 9 years or younger.
