    Started my dreadlocks in the year 2015 from the scratch. I find it funny whenever I'm asked; "Is this your own natural hair?" Some people would even ask me you chop & sell them...😂
    Dreadlocks just prove that hair grows better when left to its natural state.

      True hair grows better in it’s natural state. I am thinking about doing them from scratch as well. My hair is uneven though may have to big chop it first, I need to find someone who can do them for me like someone with experience

      @@anklesabridged1349 that's what it sounded like to me. My opinion is her hair is thick and beautiful and will lock easily. But many people are inpatient, or only want them temporarily.
      I have locs myself and wouldn't go this route. Buy I understand why people do

      They look real to me, just not theirs. Some people cut their locs, wash them, and sell them by the bundle. Then they’re bought, the buyer will twist it into their own hair. Unless they said it’s synthetic 😳 I didn’t hear if they did.

    I make loc extensions and can install them and with him adding the small piece of hair at the base of the loc and crocheting to provide added support is absolutely brilliant. I will definitely be utilizing this method..

      Aww I have the same texture. So hard to comb. I can never comb when it’s dry lol I have to spray a lot of warm water and moisturize it! But I love my hair texture. I feel we all have different hair texture and that’s the beauty of it all. I have to keep it in protective hair style or else I overseas so much touching it and playing. Especially when I’m thinking lol… it feels so nice haha.

    The crochet needle damages the hair follicles when trying to interlock I wouldn't recommend any using it ijs 😏

      That's not true. The follicle is in the skin. It's the hole that the hair grows out of on the scalp. If you mean the cuticle, it doesn't matter when it comes to locks. They thrive in rough hair because it supports the locking process. This is why its more difficuly for people with straighter hair to lock, because their har is smooth. They literally have to rough it up and dry it out. The tool is training the hair to lock.

      I've allways twisted AND let my hair locked as i washed feed my hair food rich oil fruits cold water and wrap in silk remember you can feed your hair foods you eat that are rich in IRON always use a glass jar to make your hair foods ... Hair shampoo hair condition use stuff like radish carrots COCONUT egg yolk butter olive oil mineral oil cold water ice cubes for the ends of our hair for strength and lenght this works for black american men and women BLESSINGS ALL PRAISE TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST FATHER GOD HOLY SPIRIT

    Interesting, you are doing felting. Felting is what's font to make wool a firmer and more solid product. Used for making slippers, hats, etc. I can see that, yes, it would also work well for making dreads. Great video, love learning new things.

    into my hair. Use to attent different shops. Alway a problem the shops have bugs hair infested. I had two very expensive shops my head was so sore and so infested it took almost a year to get the bugs out of my scalp I kept the hair on for 2 days lice was eating me alive dad is Saratoga Street in Baltimore Maryland I can't get over that woman and then she didn't reimburse me or try to do anything I got to go I never Goin nobody shop again come home I get sick I have to pay somebody cut that stuff out all my hair off see doctors it cost me almost $1,000 to get rid of something that cost me $300 I've got the cleanest that hair I've got to be sanitized everything if I have a feel when I look at the shop I look nice on the outside did do that undercover stuff getting head from here and there and putting it in people heads I don't trust nobody no more keep up the good work I hope you cleaned that hand all you implement behind everybody everything need to clean that have get in the door let lay around and they grow even more take a care make that money trust in the summer home to your country sending money home it's sad to see all the respondents here and there is put on TV how their children are suffering and then they little camps or Villages of suffering so badly I don't prove
