Glad you like the videos :) and just so you know, most new construction builders will pay for the closing costs and some even assist with down payment. I am keeping my house and will need to update the flooring to rent it out so I have some things to do but definitely look forward to seeing what's available for my price range. I really don't want hoa or ccd either. Want the golf cart neighborhood but don't care about tons of amenities. I will sign up!
