I’ve probably watched this video seven times. It’s helped me so much by preventing me from spending energy on a web of thoughts based on every single emotion I feel. It’s taught me that not everything needs a narrative to make sense of it. Have been having thoughts about just stepping back and surrendering lately and this video was exactly what I needed 🫶🏽 Thank you for touching on how we don’t have to make a story or logical explanations for a trigger or what we are feeling. Have definitely gotten caught up and trapped in the cycle of “intellectualizing” every thought or emotion.
