Sadly this is all too common in food service... I experienced it too working at a bakery years ago. When people are stressing out about getting food out quickly, the first thing to stop being a priority is basic human decency. And honestly, who REALLY needs a burger and fries in under 2 minutes? The invention of fast food honestly created more problems than it solves 😆

Rolling of the eyes is a huge sign of disrespect.I was willing to work with this difficult boss and commute but he wasn't giving me a chance and once he rolled his eyes At me it was over. I confronted him and talked with him but not too long after he started with me again. So I ended up quitting not too long after our talk. I'm now bacl at the original place i left, same position with less responsibilities and just about the same pay as the other one and ive never been happier. Never put up with disrespect. It only gets worse. You don't have to put up with anyones disrespect specially when you have parents of your own and you can have another job lined up, especially for little pay.
I feel like something else was going on with her in her life for her to be acting this way, maybe her husband left her lol
Hehehe…… Whenever someone tells me to move faster or drive faster, guess what? ………… I do the opposite- I go slow and take my time.
I know this is old but I have a manager just like this always huffing and puffing he raises his tone at me since I started working there. My job has me washing dishes, delivering trays, taking orders, and prepping food. And sometimes I can’t do it all and he loves to lecture about time management and if you need help ask. If you ask this man for help he will use it against you and say “well I’m not doing your job you.” He loses his temper multiple times a day and I’ve been tempted to walk out he talks about how terrible everyone else is to the higher up saying, “ I don’t even know how the past the drug test.” And going on and on about how no one has a good work ethic. The days he’s not there things run so much more smoothly, I get things done without him standing over my shoulder bullying me. It’s really not worth the two pennies I get. They’re such kiss up’s when the higher ups come in 🙄

Yoooooo I worked at McDonald’s last summer and my management sucked too :/ I was on fries during a hot summer day and while my fries were dropped I took a step back away from the fryers because it’s hot asf and a manager sent me home for not standing right above hot grease on a hot day in a kitchen ugh

I know this video is 2 years ago but damn I love your videos and your takes on the workplace ! This is exactly the disrespect the American worker is sick of and won't put up with anymore. No wonder why places can't retain people.

Does being #1 have to do with bonuses? At my corporate job, their raises dependent on how fast and accurate we were on our work as a team. Mistakes were an omen.
I like filming in my own room. I find it less distracting.
I understand we all have our places we prefer filming but it's sometimes good to film in your room because everyone needs a certain room for their filming purposes but we all should mostly film in our own rooms.
