@@jeremytittle1857frustration is understandable but gotta keep in mind that he’s only had about 162 PA this season and 181 total in his career so far. That’s an extremely small sample size, and Counsell pretty much said from the beginning that PCA is only called up out of necessity and not because they’ve deemed him “ready”. Don’t really need to start worrying about his hitting until around 800-1000 plate appearances. Until then, I’m enjoying the great defense and baserunning lol

I will never understand how a pitcher like Hendricks even in a down year for himself owns the Cardinals in virtually every start he’s pitched against them in his career. Hendricks success against the Cardinals no matter the season is an anomaly that has baffled me for quite some time.

Nice to see the Cubs connecting with the bat so well! Pitching has been great for the Cubs, excepting Hendricks, until tonight. I wish the Cubs were using PCA more! If anyone can share with me about why PCA is not playing more I would love to hear it.
He just came back from injury I believe
PCA is not so good at bat, too many strikeouts and bats less than .200, the only thing it contributes is speed and that covers a lot of ground
