Great video! Does instantly keep sending the campaign emails after the prospect replied? I mean, if someone responds to the first email, we wouldn't want them to get the second and thrid automated ones...
The email sequence stops when a lead replies unless you change that setting in the campaign options.
Quick question! Did you purposefully avoid putting a link to book a call in your calendar on purpose? Just wondering if this has some kind of negative effect with deliverability or landing in inbox? Would really appreciate a explanation on this!
@linconparrott3996 Having links in the first email can affect deliverability. Also, you don't want your prospects to do all the work, it's easier for them if you offer some time slots and send them an invite instead. Less action required from the prospect.
Some users do send the Calendly link too, so it is best to test what works for your niche and offer.

First you'd have to connect your domain to an email provider. Most popular are Microsoft, Google, Godaddy Outlook emails, but you can use any other IMAP/SMTP emails.
Once you create all DNS records, you can create users on that domain in your Email Provider admin console.

Do you have to setup a separate google workspace for every domain?

So in one of your videos, you said that we should buy 3 email accounts per domain. My question is when you're putting in your display name and profile picture in Private Email, how do you have the same DISPLAY name for every single email account? Do I need to, or is the profile picture enough? Because every time I try, it gives me an error message saying that the name is already assigned. Please help.

How have you gotten around Google's cap on business accounts per phone number for verification? Are you separately buying a bunch of different phone numbers?
If you are connecting accounts via oAuth, you can disable 2-Factor verification, so you won't be needing to add phone numbers and create app passwords for every email account.
Everything is great until the actual meeting happens and you need to show credibility of work to client 😂.

1. Create app passwords to your Google emails
2. Enable IMAP
3. Enter details in the sheet (use the app password for both IMAP and SMTP passwords)

@seank2793 It is highly recommended to have 3 domains per email workspace.
IMAP host is used to sync with your inbox. You can enable it by opening your Gmail, going to "All Settings", then "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" and in the IMAP access section just click on a checkbox to enable IMAP, and save changes.

Yes! You can add an unsubscribe link at the end of the message (it is simple to create it in our campaign editor) or you can add a text-based opt-out in the P.S. like "let me know if this does not resonate and I will not contact you again, thanks"
