The CatBee cutout is major red flag for me. “You need to get out of here” as if we haven’t seen enough dead CatBee’s splattered in blood. Like bro I get it 😭

My theory is that all the cut-outs have a recording room, where it’s connected to the cutout, which makes Boogie Bots “the button hurts me” and kiddy Missy’s distorting lines more interesting, because it sounds like Kissy leaving to aid us, and boogie connected to the button, hurting him. And bee cat’s “you need to get out of here” sounds like poppy, so poppy might have ran from mommy and had quickly said that before being taken again.

I've always believed that the bone that the Protoype has as an arm was taken from the surveillance specialist that was trapped inside when he tried to escape. Maybe, she was the first person that the Prototype decided to use as extra body parts after he killed her.
But didn’t Elliot lugwig give his body to the scientists when he died and I remember someone saying that maybe the prototype used Elliot lugwigs arm bone and bits of muscle as u can see on the prototypes arm?

During the Bunzo Bunny game, the name “Linda” can be heard a lot. What if that was Elliot Ludwig’s adoptive daughter’s name. It would make sense because of how often her name is said and the game itself could be like a metaphor for Elliot Ludwig’s mind after his daughter died. So hearing her name over and over again would make sense.

I find it interesting that 1006 was just waiting. It’s perfectly aware of what’s going on and is just sitting back and waiting. It’s perfectly capable of attacking you now, but instead it just takes the part, as though it’s not ready yet, but also wanting to imitate you. It could have easily waited for you to walk away and you’d never have known it was there
That makes sense and when you kill mommy she screams “ you made me apart of him!!” Maybe that’s hinting that 1006 is planning something big along the way

I actually don't think the toys are inherently violent and only aren't around kids, I think their aggressive towards staff due to being mistreated by the scientists and higher up staff, they are experiments and they would be tested and experimented on after all, and I heard that according to the VA of Mommy Longlegs, Huggy chased not out of hunger but revenge so the toys likely only are aggressive to those who work or worked for Playtime Co

I feel like we should give some props to Mommy for strining up the bodies of the other toys. She may have mercilessly murdered them, but she seems to be intentionally keeping them out of the Prototype's reach.
Interestingly there's also toys strung up out of reach in chapter one, possibly by Huggy, too.
I'm personally an advocate for Huggy's survival, the blood on the walls looks like it simply dripped off him while he was crawling to safety, there's no streaks that indicate his body was dragged.
I saw somewhere that when you complete musical memory then bunzo gets strung up and also when you complete whack a wuggy the wuggies get strung up but bunzo dissappears. Maybe mommy has a deal with 1006 that he will not kill her until she feeds him toys cause why would bunzo dissappear after whack a wuggy

@@SCP--fj2jr im just saying that maybe mommy is not hanging them up to "protect" them from 1006's reach, rather she is giving dead toys to him so he doesnt kill her, as we see that after whack a wuggy, we see some wuggies strung to the top in the web but the original bunzo from the first minigame seemed to have vanished. Who took bunzo? Probably 1006. Why would mommy be stringing up dead toys and then bring them back down later
I think huggy was grabbed by the prototype, but all his blood had already left his body due to the incredible distance he dropped.
fun fact if you go into that space where the hair is under (its tricky) you will get killed by huggy
I don't know about the name but I think we can assume it's not a common one. Stella Greybern, Elliot Ludwig and Leith Pierre are rather unusual so the mystery name has a lot of leeway.
Edit: I have watched the game theory. Jamie B Honey seems to fit the wall above the slide. Guess we'll see.
most of them aren't english/ american either, theyre mostly central european sounding names. my guess would netherlands maybe.

I never found the "feed me bones" stuff from pugapiller to be that weird, he's part dog, dogs chew on bones and it's decent for them.
Ngl, Chapter 2 is way more gruesome than Chapter 1.
It's nice to see someone break away from the norm, it adds to the horror and is better than just having things happen off screen or within the lore.
Really brings the game closer to something like Resident Evil, Outlast, Dead Space, & Alien Isolation and it further distances it from being too FNAF-esqe.

If this studio focuses on the quality content of their game instead of the potential profit and commercialization of it, they could make a great game.

But kinda breaks the initial concept no? I mean the marketing is pretty much geared towards kids but the game itself took a turn for something that only an older audience would really enjoy.

A cool little detail I noticed when watching The Game Archivist’s walkthrough, (specifically at 54:15) during the puzzle outside the operating theatre room, you can hear vent noises that sound exactly like what Huggy Wuggy sounded like when he was crawling through the vents. These noises could be Huggy Wuggy crawling around in vents after his fall into the water treatment room (or at least theorized to due to small clumps of his hair along with blood in the same room)
i love the quiet shade they threw to the "gotta go flamingo" with the "poopsalot" toy, basically the exact same thing as the real life toy lol. I agree, who came up with that!
And now they turned it into a turtle
I personally don't think Huggy Wuggy suddenly got violent with us because he went crazy, I think it's because he's the extreme method of security mentioned in one of the first tapes of the first chapter!

I think that's more likely, and I like that explanation more. It gives more character to Huggy than just "he was good but now he's bad."

I 100% agree! I always thought made more sense. Plus I just really like the thought that he’s not naturally evil, since (theoretically) he was probably an obedient little boy before he became Huggy.

Fun fact: thanks to a UA-camr, within the files of Poppy Playtime Chapter 2, you can actually find poppy's original lines that were supposed to be used at the ending.
Here it is:

I am quite curious why they decided to scrap it since by the looks of it, Poppy was the one who caused everything also I'm not sure if this is the full voice line. But maybe because of the introduction of Experiment 1006 they decided to change it.
There is definitely more to the story than it shows. Chapter 2 not only reveal a little more clarity, but also more questions. Hopefully chapter 3 will also gives us some more answers. But for now, I thank people like super horror bro to do these kind of theory talk

I haven't heard this before, but the background noise of the log at the end of chapter 1 isn't talked about. You can hear someone screaming in the background and loud noises, was this the scientist being killed inside the prototype's room, as we learn about in chapter 2? And the talking scientist the one outside?

Something neat is Daisy was supposed to be the enemy of the memory game as it was in Bonzo's place in the trailer for Chapter 2. Another thing is how Mommy had a different death where we burned her before it was changed. I think it would be interesting to learn why the developers made this changes.
I think it's bc of the prototype cause you can see that after we killed mommy she is dragged away by a claw and if we Burned her the prototype couldn't take her bc she was Burned

@@MechaG yeah, it seems plausible that burning her to death was an option before (bc the poster and the furnace were enough indicators) but I’m glad they didn’t go that way because it reminds me a lot of little nightmares and the doctor’s death
for Daisy, i'm pretty sure they change it because the fact that it's going down wasn't really fit to the character. They chose bonzo instead of making a reference to the simbal monkey you can obtaine by playing a clamp machine (well, that makes me think of that monkey boss you fight in cuphead). For the death of Mommy long legs, there is two options :
1- That wasn't supposed to be a reference to a rejected death of mommy long legs, but an idea of what you have to do to escape from her (locking yourself in the incinerator with the fire on to make mommy long legs go away).
2- that would actually be a reference of a rejected idea of the death of that character. The reason of that rejection would be creative. If she's melting to death, her body would be useless for the eyes of the prototype and so, making him not important of the story and not interesting for the players and the fans. So they prefer to make a death where a important part of mommy long legs will be saved from the destruction and so, would be useful for the prototype.
That is my theories. maybe it's not correct, but i tried to put some logic to it. And i am a student of a school where we learned to make video games and animations. So i tried to put some of my experience in the domain.

I remember seeing back in the trailer that Daisy was the original toy for musical memory and am guessing Mob made Bunzo because I guess Daisy wasn’t scary or terrifying like Bunzo was. I wonder if their going to be more unseen killer toys in the next chapter or expand the toys of Playtime Co has.
At 1:38 the letters could spell out Jamie B Honey. It actually fits perfectly! I just watched MatPats recent theory and he came up with the name.

I think it's Jamie Boyhan because it translates to "supplanter" and "fighting man with a bow" which could mean the player was a replacement for the owner or something and is also fighting the toys throughout the game.

Also, the mini Huggies don't have teeth. Their models have no teeth what so ever. HOWEVER their gums ridges like they did have teeth. Which means that the mini Huggies did have teeth, but they were pulled. Which also means they removed the teeth in case the line holding them back from the children snapped so they wouldn't immediately eat the child.
If you want proof, look up a UA-cam video of the Chapter 2 deaths, get to a Huggy and slow the video to the slowest speed. You'll see it smile, showing no teeth, then you'll die. Also look at AstralSpin's out of bound secret video, where it shows the death scene out of bounds, and the mini Huggies hanging from the cobwebs in a T pose. Still, no teeth

New theory: what if Kissy Missy didn’t hurt the player because she use to be the player’s adoptive child? And she knew they weren’t evil or remembered them treating her well? I mean we know the player use to be an employer, so there’s definitely the possibility that they could’ve adopted one of the children used for experiments, right?!

It’s a cute theory that I haven’t heard anyone talk about yet but I’m 90% sure that kissy kissy only opened that door and didn’t attack us because she was ordered to do so, just like huggy(that’s my theory, at least). I think people are trying to see her as a passive character because there’s literally NO PASSIVE CHARACTER in this story hahaha… but I’m afraid I’ll have to say that she’s very similar to Huggy, only differences being that she executes the orders/actions while Huggy is the guard dog and we see more humanity in her eyes.
@@deniz9779 I like you’re theory a lot!! And its probably true. I’ve always believed Huggy was just doing what he was ordered. I think that’s an interesting twist to let Huggy do all the gruesome work to make Kissy look like she’s on our side, even though she’s following dark commands just like Huggy. Like you said, goodness knows we’re all wanting to find a toy we can trust, and I’m sure the devs are going to take advantage of that.
Even if it’s not Kissy, I’m just very curious if the player adopted any of the children. And if they did, are they a toy now? Are they going to treat them differently because they were their parent? I can’t wait for chapter 3 😂😂
People say kissy helped us bc we used to work here and she helped people who worked at playtime co. Apparently she was “huggys better half”.
Another Easter egg. When we are at the title screen of Chapter 1, we see Huggy Wuggy's Face, and when we defeat him, his face gets hit and he falls. On the title screen of Chapter 2, we see Mommy Long Legs' left hand, and when we defeated her, her left hand is taken by the grinder.

Those letters can make quite a few 5-letter names, especially if we start to consider less common names, or names from foreign countries, as is the case with Leith. Also, we can assume that if the letters fell due to disrepair, and nobody has traveled through the area in some time to mess up the arrangement of the fallen letters, it's possible that the most likely answer would use the letters as they arrange left-to-right, since the letter would fall straight down, and probably not bounce too far, so the first letter of the first or last name would probably not be on the far right side, though that is probably over-analyzing, and applying things that wouldn't matter, since it's a video game
All that being said, if we were to go with the easiest answer, the first name would probably be Jamie, but I think it's too early to draw a conclusion without any other context clues

Some years ago I had a dream where was a similar place, but not that scary, and I and some other kids (don't remember their faces) were there. And I thought we were in some kind of weird hospital. I mean it wasn't really this, because there was a lot of beds, but I'm positive that there were some people that were taking care of. (I was kid)

Honestly, SHB is my favourite youtuber. Their voice sounds so chill, even during horror games. Most people during a jumpscare scream, but Mike is silent, followed by "That scared me a little bit, guys." Or "That actually got me." Brilliant. And the care and effort that goes into lore and theory videos does not go unnoticed. Honestly, best youtuber in my opinion.

Kissy Missy's Cut Out saying"CHUG-A CHUG-A CHOO CHOO"Is getting faster and faster its just like kissy is warning us about the train getting faster and faster
16:44 that image is kinda creepy because of the posture of mommy long legs. She's like make herself bigger to not let escape one of her victims. also, for the prototype, he seems to secretly steal every toys he encounter. is that scene supposed to show a trap of mommy long legs, a tragic end of one of the employees who tried to escape the facility or she is escaping from the prototype (maybe it's the second optio because we see at the commercial a point of view of a camera holded by someone who we will never meet of maybe not yet).
Also, I would argue that there is one more possibility for where the blood in the locomotive’s cab at the end of the chapter comes from: the player’s character. It is possible that the crash caused the player to hit their face on the metal interior of the locomotive cab and either burst their lip or bust their nose. Or even lose a tooth.

Also, with the theory that orphans are getting turned into toys, would you not think they'd beg for help? I see two solutions, either they lose all/majority of their memories and only keep their core personality traits which seems logical because of the whole mommy long legs thing.. or, more interestingly and dark, that it's similar to the black mirror episode 'black museum'(?) where they only have a set amount of dialogue they can actually say, they're only in control of when to say the predetermined lines. Imagine being fully conscious but never being able to call for help

I think they kept some of their core personality traits, but let go off themselves. they've slowly been getting more insane being trapped inside the factory. or maybe they somehow do not remember their former selves.
I suspect MLL was supposed to go through 3 stages of (suffering or something) during the final chase.
The first time would've been electrocution by the wires (first chase)
The 2nd by burning (suggested by the poster we saw before, meaning she could've burnt her face making her a lot more terrifying)
And to top it off, death by grinding.
When candycat said "No more!" And boogir bot said "The button hurts me" doesn't that make anyone else think the toys that may actually be people are being tortured or smth??
I have a feeling that the last tunnel with the name sprawled out everywhere is the main character. I thought he was probably a scientist, or a main scientist for the company.
You playing that video recording of that scientist talking about the Prototype made me thing that that scientist managed to escape, and that the scientist is actually the main character. It would make sense why Mommy Long Legs held such a grudge against the main player during the game

In my opinion, I think huggy is dead. We know that the prototype uses dead toys to build off, so it would be quite logical to think huggy was taken from the prototype. The prototype most likely grabbed huggy and dragged him though the tunnel.

The fact that the prototype has a human arm bone mixed with whatever the hell kind of machinery is more terrifying when you think about it

17:33 you're right! The train has those eyes like the other. Machine too! He/She was probably trying to leave and escape waiting for you but Poppy controlled it from another part of the station and the train panicked and kept going faster giving you one option which would be to save yourself.

I just realized, the mystery name could be our main protagonist. It'd make sense cuz why would the creators knock the name down and jumble the letters up. We could've had a higher rank which is why our name sits next to Elliot Ludwig himself and is also why Mommy clearly knows us and shows al lot of aggression towards us. Plus, throughout chapter 1 & 2 we know literally nothing about the main protagonist except for why they're at the factory in the first place, almost as if someone didn't want our name to be known. Then again, we're not too in deep into the factory to know that many people apart from the people we already learned about. -Theory by my friend

Also I have a theory for pj pug-a-piller, I believe that mommy long legs didn’t kill him yet, because if she did killed him, we would’ve saw him on the spider webs with bunzy bunny and the mini huggy’s. So I think that pj-pug-a-piller is probably still roaming around the factory. And maybe he would turn into a butterfly later on in the chapters.

I kinda think that MommY Long Legs worked with the ''prototype'' (exp 1006) because when we see Bunzo after doing Musical Memory in the web, he seems trapped, but after doing whack-a-wuggy, bunzo is not here anymore and the mini huggies toys are trapped too so maybe it's because Mommy Lon Legs trapped the toys in her webs so that the prototype can take parts of the toys. Sorry if it's not clear but it's what i think.
If you look closely at the letters on the ground in the slide room, and you remember that the person’s first name had 5 letters and their last name 6, you can get a potential first name of Jamie, but the last name is a little harder to deduce.
Based on yours, it could be Jamie Haybon. A different guess, Jeana Bioyhm.

I didn't realize this until just now, but do you guys think that the prototype is following us around?
I think he is because how did he get to the room with the shredder that fast unless he was already there waiting for us nearby, hiding in the walls or following us as we try to escape?
Plus, we were already told in one of the tapes that we find that the prototype is very good at being stealthy & that he's smart.
I ask this because so far, I haven't seen anybody who's reviewed chapter 2, mention how he's just randomly there when we kill mommy long legs. Idk, just food for thought.

Based on how uncommon the human characters' surnames seem to be so far I'm struggling with deciphering the possible surnames for the missing nameplate, but a couple of first names I've managed to take from the available letters are Jamie and Janey or alternatively just Jane, and I've had a theory for a little while now on the side that the missing name is of the main player character him/herself, who's obviously so far unseen and unheard from.
in my opinion many of the toys in the scraped wherehouse are based on real live cases involving toys that were banned.
Owen the Oven in particular reminds me of the Easy Bake Oven when there were multiple incidents of kids getting burned.

Thats a good theory, since up until this point we know we worked there but what did we do, did we have a high level job or low level. Its possible we played a big role there to get our own slide.

I personally believe that the fur clumps and blood are from Huggy climbing back up into the vent system to heal up his wounds and watch the player. I really hope he survived. I really love Huggy and I hope he survived.

The broken slide is named Jamie B. Honey. We are the owner of the production room I think this because it's the only one unmentioned and those slides are for important people in the factory and Mommy says "But you, you worked here. So if anyone deserves to die alone it's you." Meaning she recognized us. Along with one of the papers in front of the emergency exit you find after falling in a vent, there's a note from Eddie M. N. Ritterman that says "This project should only be known about by those with the authority at Warrenback."
They should have put more detail into the dead positions of the characters, because t-posing mini Huggies do not scream “dead” to me. They could be limp, or barely hanging from the webs.
