A role I did not ask for and do not want , but was dumped in my lap by my husband without a thought. He literally laughs at how I'm gonna be wiping his mom's rear end all day while he's at work not dealing with it. Am resentful. Have asked God to help me accept this but just want to run tbh 🏃

From the sound of things, it doesn't appear to me that you're a caregiver for something like this situation. I don't mean to pry, but why couldn't there be a caregiver that comes by to do the job? I don't know your husband, but maybe you should just let him know how you feel about this situation. I can already tell you that I'm no where near capable of being in your shoes, I couldn't do it. No matter what money they offered me, I couldn't stomach it. It sounds like this is going to be destructive to your marriage before you see the end of it. Why did they offer you up as the caregiver?

Amen and Amen. I keep a journal addressing each entry to God the Father. A few years ago I completed my days entry by writing to The Lord about not knowing what tomorrow will bring, my beloved husband was sleeping at my side. The following morning I learned he had died during the night. This was almost six years ago, I had been married for 42 years, Faithful God is always with me upholding me through the good days and the not so good. Praise Him. X
