Oda has inserted so many fetishs into his art once or twice, I don't think even he is that horny and is basically doing it for the lols or just to diversify his fanservice. Anime just generally has an issue with character design being amorphous in terms of what age it looks like it's trying to present and anime before the more recent generations on average had worse issues with sexualizing underage characters than what you see in One Piece. A fair criticism is that his female character designs are much less diverse than his male ones making the amorphous age issue worse.
As for the gender swapping shit the example he's using is more of a Rocky horror picture show homage where a character is fucking with someone because they internalized the bigotry others showed to one of there family members who transitioned and the way they insist that family structure needs to be defined by the gender role you where born into. When it happens later just so they can make an offhanded joke about how the crew thought there captain was cute as a girl I think you have a better case for him just inserting a forced fem fetish into his story but even that's weaksauce and the only other time it happens is literally just a character using there magic powers to give gender affirming care to someone. If anything he's going out of his way to not reduce it to a fetish and portray it as a form of life changing or even lifesaving medical care. If it seems like I'm reading into this to much read it for yourself, it's a blatant plot point and Oda isn't going for subtlety most of the time.

1. Whitebeard definitely had women in his ship at one point, all of which being medical staff.
2. Whitebeard was about to go on what he deems to be a suicide mission.
3. Whitebeard won't need medical staff in a war he clearly deems to be impossible to recover from
4. Whitebeard sent these nurses off to live out the rest of their lives despite the nurses wanting to stay to keep him alive. ( indirectly showing us the nurses were treated very well under Whitebeard)

Correlation is not causation. Even if the nurse/doctor was male, why would you take medical staff to a mission that you think you won't survive? It would be worse if he brought them, because not only would they have to watch him die, he would be getting them killed/captured for nothing.
I agree that they have their own agency, but it wouldn't really make sense to bring a doctor to a suicide mission.
Whitebeard is a great character, but he can also be a sexist character on top of being a good character and yeah the part about not wanting female fighters on a crew, that is being sexist, specially when he was on the same crew as Linlin.
Same way that Zeff is sexist with his stance on not hitting women, it can come from a sense that is not wrong, like principles or philosophy, but that is still discrimination based on gender.
I don't really consider it a negative with those characters, but that is independent of the question of them being sexist or not.
Did you guys forget he literally has a female commander? She was in the war as well. Sure she wasn't highlighted as much, but to say there was no female support in the war isn't true. Also, their nurses, not people who are experienced at fighting, it makes sense to take a backseat in something you can't do.

He's read essentially the whole thing. He's got "book club" videos on his Patreon where he's reviewed pretty much the entire manga except for Egghead, and they've even reviewed the movies.
Its also weird he chose a panel of Carrot where she is in no way being sexualized or fetishized in any obvious way. Like for a female One Piece character, this is a very dignified design both clothing wise and appearance wise. It's because it's not criticism stemming from actually being that oversensitive and sheltered, it's a form of power politics and envy. He's deliberately trying to mark One Piece for co-opting or destruction by his political tribe because it's a major cultural phenomenon, his party is still annoyed that Oda didn't bow to them over Yamato, and his efforts to infiltrate the industry in terms of dubbing/localization or making his own animated series failed so now he wants to tear down his betters to assuage the envy and inferiority complex.

I honestly just feel bad for Jello. Not in a siding with him way but more in a “the internet has led this horse to water so many times yet it still refuses to drink” kind of way, if my butchering of that analogy made any sense. I genuinely enjoy his original work, and while the style and humor definitely isn’t for everyone (very tumblr-y and theater-kid-y which you’ll either love or hate), I do think it’s genuinely well made. Just sad to see that his thoughts on literally every other creative work, especially the ones from Japanese creators (definitely not xenophobic), are basically entirely negative.

How is Tashigi's entire character just sexism? She's shown being pretty strong and competent especially given she's thrown into situations that outrip even the limits of her supperior officer because neither of them are amongst the powerhouses of the series and has motivations that have nothing to do with gender. Zoro literally has ONE moment in the entire show where he he's shown holding back against a woman because there a woman and he quickly gets over this because even as kid he knew it was stupid and pushed back against his teachers words on that issue. I don't think Jello understands the point of Robin's character. She's not a fighter, she only fights for her friends but never enjoyed it.
She's an Archaeologist first, she fought out of necessity until she was put into the strawhats and was allowed to pursue her passions. Robin's is now an INTEGRAL part of unravelling the mysteries of the world they explore.

I love One Piece, and there are genuine critiques you can make of it, but man Jello just kinda ruins his one legitimate one by surrounding it with bullshit.
There is an abundance of underage sexualized characters. You can make valid points off of that, especially with Oda's connection to the Ruroni Kenshin mangaka. But I feel it ignores the target audience. Oda is writing for boys and likely is drawing characters to appeal to them, based on what Oda would have wanted to see when he was in that target demographic.
