There are many ways to load up a pile, but I have my preferences in how to do things when possible!😄
I always prefer to stay on a bench constantly, as it takes a lot of time to build a new bench..
My main goal here, was to clear as much space as possible in as short time as I could manage! The team completing the cut were about to run out of space to work in, so my task was to remove the pile so they could have enough space to dig and fill! I chose to make some turns that made me able to cover a larger area, instead of just going straight into the pile! 😋
When I reached the rock face, I just turned the direction of the bench, so I could keep loading constantly!🙂

This was said to be my last pile at this site, so I’m curious about what’s next for me..😅 However, this has been a really great project to take part in!!😍 Awesome crew of colleagues, management and machines, has had a great production while enjoying our days on a nice site!🤩😁 Hpoing for more here, but time will tell where I’m ending up!😄

I wondered what happened with your channel. I would look every month to see if you were on again. I'm sorry to hear of the physical breakdown. I lost work several time for 3-4 weeks to recover from back injuries with my 40+ years of trucking.Glad to see you're on your way back.

A voice over of how he operates his machine would be great. What controls being used how he selects his next pass, etc. I’ve enjoyed watching digging machines since my youth (1940’s) and am still fascinated with these giant, heavy loaders and what they do. I also love Jo Nesbo novels from Norway….

Had to come back to this channel after a few months, and the excitement of the limestone or stone being loaded by the excavator and the operator is still there of course I would still would like to see this material crushed and made into aggregate or stone and road base material. Keep up the good work hello

Fantastic video just so entertaining, I’m sure the loads were 50 ton loads lol. I saw like a pile of gravel sitting in the distance and I saw excavators in the in the distance as we’ll. I like how times you went fast and slowed down lol lol. Just hearing the material hitting the trucks bed is adventurous. Look forward to seeing more like this, who knows maybe there unloaded at the gyration plants, like the do with iron ore keep you up the good work

It is however not so easy, as I don’t have that much time to walk around filming. My place is my operators seat, and the trucks are coming fast to keep me busy..🤪
But, if you watch every video from December 2020 until now, you will get a kind of an overview of all the work we did at this site!🙃 We moved about 700 000 cubic meters of solid rock at this site, in about 7 months. All my videos during 2020 and 2021 are made at this site!😊

Hi!👋 All the truck loads are sent so two different dozers, who use the rock for building embankments!🙂 We cut the hills down to fill up valley’s in between, building a large flat area for industrial purposes.💪

Klart, det er den første av sitt slag, og det har vel ikke vært bygd noe perfekt første gang, så langt jeg vet ihvertfall!😄
Vi har en tett dialog med fabrikken, og flere forbedrings forslag er allerede levert tilbake til dem!😊 Den er nydelig å laste i forhold til en vanlig dumper, og det er veldig deilig å erfare hvordan den tar seg frem!🤩 Svingradiusen er helt rå! Der truckene eller de andre 3 akslede dumperne må snu ved å kjøre litt frem og tilbake, kaster denne seg rundt som om det ikke finnes hindringer!😍
Well, I see you full bucket, I see fast positioning, but one thing comes to mind, the hill is not tall, so why aren't you at the top. I see it many operators doing exactly that, and time not allocated to clean the truck tracks.
BTW, would love if you can say the size of bucket, the cap of trucks.
If you can, a video 📹 camera would be great installed at the top of arm or top if your cabin.

Well, this pile was too high for me to be able to reach the bottom of the pile if I were to climb on top. My bench height was about 3 meters, about the perfect height for me to operate on with this machine!🙃 I have climbed on top of lower piles as you mentioned, but the height limit is about 4 meters for safe and efficient operations with this machine. You can check out a video on my channel, I called “High power cleanup” to see exactly how I do so!😄
My buckets holds a volume of 6,5 cubic meters, weighs 8 tons and has a width of 2,7 meters!😋 So it’s fairly large, as I’m able to pass over 7 cubic’s of rock with a proper fill grade!🤩
These 772’s carry about 27 cubic meters, or up to about 54 tons of payload!🥳 So we move massive amounts of rock every day!🤙
Well, I do already have several videos on my channel with the camera mounted on top of the wind screen, but I will take your request with me in the future!🙏

Dro helt ned til 390F graveren dems og fikk dytta lasta lengre fram.
Ble liten bulk bak i kassa. 😂

Tror ikke det blir lett å få hjelp av 6015 da men, tror den skuffen kommer til å sette seg enda mer fast i kassen enn lasten. Kjedelig om en må riste løs en lastebil fra skuffen..😂😂
Jeg lastet noen biler med 390’n min i fjor, de ble jaggu små under skuffa mi også..😄 Det finnes en video av det også!🤪

390’en er på størrelse med Volvo 950, 374 på størrelse med 750.😊
6015 er større enn den Komatsuen de har der nå!😍
Jeg har en skuff på 6,5 kubikk på 390’n, hadde 4,5 kubikk skuffe på 374’n på Feiring. 1250’n de har på feiring nå har 7,3 kubikk skuff, mener 6015 kommer med 8,5 kubikk skuffe!🥳 Har du sett videoene jeg la ut fra feiring i 2020? Eller videoen jeg lastet biler i fjor?🙃 Var en annen som laget en video av meg på feiring også, du kjenner kanskje til Swanty32e?
