I really like this video! So informative! I love how you described about a leaf looking like another plant but it's not it's just a different looking leaf! 👍👍🤗🤗🙂🙂

Thanks for sharing your Scindapsus collection, very healthy looking!!! I have the Exotica and Pictus Argyraeus both on a 8 inch pot, they are trailing for me and always growing new leaves. They propagate well in moist soli, then I set the pot in a plastic bag or container. I like this method better than water bacause they root faster and leaves get bigger too. I am waiting to find a Treubii Moonlight, Dark form and Jade Satin (love the Jade hue). In the States these are not easy to find plants so they over price them, a lot of the times they can only be found online. You did very good finding your on FB Market place ... hope you didn't pay too much for it.

Luna Maxwell it was £20 including postage which is don’t think is too bad at all. If those cuttings don’t do much in the next few days I will try your method! Thanks!

For me they just transition to soil much faster ... good luck with your propagations :)

I got some treubii moonlight recently, but they don't have as much silver as yours. Do you know how to get more silver leaves?

It's just how they grow. Each leaf is different and you can't force silver.

I have a Treubii, exotica and argyreus and they're all different.

I was told these don't require much light. However since bringing mine in for the Winter and placing under grow lights and there are quite a few let me tell you....My Argyraeus is losing all the silver flacking and reverting to solid green. Yet is growing fine! I'm beside myself. What to do? There's so much light that I had to put up barriers for my philodendrons because it was affecting them.

910Geckogal can you move it away from the grow light? Could be that yours might might just be reverting to a jade maybe? Try trimming the solid green section as I think once a section has reverted it won’t put out variegated leaves anymore

I have mine under a strong grow light (besides orchids) and the silver flacking is still showing on new leafes.

I hear that if it's close to a grow light and reverting it may be getting too much light. What happened to the plant. Just noticed your comment was posting 7 months ago haha

Perhaps the grow light is too strong for them? Put them in natural lighting but not direct lighting. Please update us on what happened to your Scindapsus plants!🌴🧡

@@MindfulnessMama I cut it back and propagated. Since the new plants started under so much light I guess they loved it. I got stronger speckles and much bigger leaves. Thanks for asking
