  • Simple Japanese Listening | The Differences Between Japanese Honorifics and Casual Language
    Today, let's talk about Japanese honorifics and casual speech (also known as "informal speech").
    - Learn about the differences between Japanese honorifics and casual language
    - Listen to and then practice speaking.
    This video is useful for listening and shadowing practice using simple Japanese.

    This session will consist of four repetitions in total.
    The first time, I will read slowly with furigana included.
    The second time, I will read slowly again, but without furigana.
    For the third and fourth times, I will proceed at a natural speed as spoken by native Japanese speakers. The third time will include furigana, while the fourth time will not.
    Following this sequence, let's get used to the speed in the first two rounds, and then try to keep up with the native speaker's speed in the last two rounds.
    If you find the audio in this video too slow, it is recommended to increase the video playback speed from 1.25x to 1.5x

    日本語と英語の字幕が重なって見えにくくなり、字幕の意味がわからなくなります。
