West Aussie based nowadays but used to be a Barra guide outta Cairns... the best day of my life was putting a 10yr old autistic client onto a 6kg Queenie, every jump had him squealing with joy and when he landed it he cried, which made me cry. Getting back to the ramp to meet mum n dad he nearly jumped off the boat he was so excited to tell them about his Queenie, and mum was in tears as he explained the whole catch and fight to her. Best day of my life, never had a client so excited or happy, gotta love the Queenie's... love your work champions. X

Great eating queen fish, just take out all blood lines and red meat, like all pelagics, when filleting easy to do
