If you been in this game long. You know it’s all about averages. Sometimes you have to take a crappy load to get to a better market. Right now everyone is running on there reserves money. Market has been like this for 2 years. It’s going to be like this till 2025.
Also you said you got $2.65 a mile for a load but then you said you have to deadhead home how many miles from your drop to home (Domicile) you will have to factor those empty miles in so that will decrease your $2.65 CPM for sure
The problem is that you are on the load boards you have to get a customer with a lane that you can service I know easier then said but it’s the only way to survive

We will stick to the load boards as we don’t truck enough to commit to any lane. Plus racing starts back up in a couple weeks
