Hey, thanks for putting me onto this machine. Funny enough a pawn shop down the block had one and I picked it up. Trying to get an understanding of it, currently pairing it up with a p-6. Any chance you could do another tutorial or explain here your workflow and how you go about using the features of it to record a beat. Thanks for the vid and the dope music!
u recommend this recorder for Jams (Projects) on the MPC Live to make a Beat Tape? how much time can record? it has an SD card? like if you're using a H6 to record the secuences from the project without enter to song mode or track mutes (and make it with the mute-solo button in the main screen on MPC and changing between seq) also, send it back the Stems in each track to make some of details of the final mix (like a real bass on the beat) with all this said, this is my question: can I record my Jams sequences from MPC to the Zoom and kept the LoFi vibe, bounce the final audio(s) (the all beat) to the MPC, repeat the process with my other projects (Beats), and glue them in sequences with different BPM on the MPC, and record this all project (about 30 o 38 mins) in the zoom, and extract the file? (edit): too much text, sorry, I know, but I really need this in my Workflow cus don't got a PC or Laptop and I got like 200 projects on my MPC waitin' to be in a soup.
Yeah it has sd card and a fair bit of time on the zoom..im not sure exactly how long but ive recorded a fair bit on to it and still not ran out of memory.. should be fine to do what u want to do on it..i would use my mpc one and make beats with part mutes and record it on the zoom
I don't use the sampler on the r8, I have the sample trek from zoom. Quick question have you recorded vocals on it? It the a way to make the vocals sound "fuller "
This video slipped by me, but you did an awesome job with the tutorial! That's something I struggle with as far as being nervous doing a tutorial lol, but you were great!🙏🏾✊🏾💚
Both are great for recording..i loved making beats and using them to play out as track mutes on the zoom but the boss is just easy to record a beat tape into
Its a great interface..i love the eq and compressors..as a sampler its tricky, id not suggest it as just a sampler cos ther is many more that are way better as the same price point
First time watcher .. I Don't mean to be a "D!(K"... But .. I couldn't hear what your saying much at all. The fact that "English, English" and "American English" many times don't sound the same.. Also I couldn't see the Zooms Screen at all. So I couldn't follow your lesson at all.. Just Say'in;
@@lucifer.mp3Thanke for letting me know that you didn't have any problem hearing this video, Perhaps it's a hearing problem I have? But mostly I was talking about the volume/loudness of the video, I max'ed the volume and (onboard speakers & earbuds) and couldn't hear well enough to follow the lesson. So apparently I have a hearing problem.. So at the low audio level I couldn't follow.
By reading the comments below and replies. apparently I have a hearing problem..
Sorry for the audio quality and video quality 😅 everything that could go wrong filming did 😬
So cool uve figured how to bypass that default launch of all loops altogether at start. Thank u so much
Glad i could help 😌 thanks for watching 👀 🙏

Hey thankyou I appreciate that. Unfortunately I no longer have this machine so won't be able to do any future videos 😕
@@burrabeats6036 no worries, why you ditch it outa curiosity, I ditch stuff all the time lol but there somethin I like about this one more I use it xD
That is the most proficient use the zoomR8 I have ever seen , WOW! 😲
If you play samples "live" with the white pads, can you record that session on the R8 itself? I.e. save what you've played live?
Thanks for sharing - I’m about to buy one

@@burrabeats6036 Nooo.. you did an awesome job. I always second guess myself when it comes to tutorials, like I would flub too much lol!🙏🏾✊🏾💚
I think I saw a vid of you using a br 80.. how does this compare to that?

Awesome channel
What is your true opinion of this recorder, in the videos it comes off more like a toy than a real recorder, it's hard to tell, thank you.

@@burrabeats6036 thank you.
Nice tutorial! The audio is a little bit low but i it's nice to see your workflow:)
Thanks mate 👍 yeah i dont do alot of talking haha gotta practice that more
I need someone to give me a lesson on this thing. Its such a steep learning curve!
I need to get my r8 out the closet and somehow use it with my workflow
Thanks
Sorry..but I cannot hear a word.
