Hey there! Yes definitely have used it on my face as well. My husband also loves using it. It glides on pretty smoothly so initially it seems like it is a bit greasy but it absorbs very well. Just a tip - give it a little time to absorb before applying makeup (that is if you are planning to). When I’m in the sun for a whole day I like an spf that moisturises well to keep my skin from getting too dry. So I wouldn’t say it is completely matt, but as mentioned, it absorbs well.
Hi there not at all if you take a closer look at the part where I apply it to my daughter’s arm, you’ll see it glides on like a soft cream. All of then takes some time to dry on your skin after application though.
