      Fantastic suggestion. Resistance to change is always one of the most difficult hurdles when striving for a Safety-First Culture. How about something like, "How to deal with resistance to change in the workplace"?

      Thank you for the awesome comment! We'll be focusing on the task based risk assessment from next year. We'll focus on the specific tasks and each risk associated to said task.
