Fantastic suggestion. Resistance to change is always one of the most difficult hurdles when striving for a Safety-First Culture. How about something like, "How to deal with resistance to change in the workplace"?

This will clearly outline the description and safe operating procedure for each task. Looking forward to hearing what you think :)
