Hi again Daniel. Just a heads up, we've scripted and recorded your request on how to deal with resistance to change. The video will be going live next year Jan. Did you use our video content as reference to your assignment or did you use tools like Walli to give you the answers?

@ actually it was a friend who told me I can’t use ai chat to do the assessment but they have given a deadline to prove myself that the work is mine if I can’t take any Nebosh exam again

This is a tough one. Maybe try understanding the work and rewrite it in your own words. Tools like our videos and Walli are all guidelines and are meant to guide you through your assignments.

It all depends on what content you've used and how you've interpreted it. Plagiarism is a big no no, but if it was only used as reference then you should have nothing to stress about.

Fantastic suggestion. Resistance to change is always one of the most difficult hurdles when striving for a Safety-First Culture. How about something like, "How to deal with resistance to change in the workplace"?
