    You went straight from flipping at 20 mins to checking for doneness. How much more time does it usually take for them to be done?

    Hey Jus' Piddlin BBQ, I've been a subscriber to your channel for a couple years now. I'm just curious as to why you haven't done any videos with your Watchman lately???

    • @JusPiddlinBBQ
      @JusPiddlinBBQ  4 роки тому +1

      Hey Joe...I appreciate your support and comment. I love the Watchman, however an opportunity came up and I have made a commitment with Traeger to be an influencer for them. It is difficult trying to keep up with videos for several different brands of grills and I just felt like streamlining the whole process would be better. So far, I like it and it seems to have benefited my channel overall. I thank you for watching and hope that you continue to do so. Cheers.

    Why did the text on the vid say you cooked it for 1 1/2 hours but you said 45 to 50 min? what's what?

    • @JusPiddlinBBQ
      @JusPiddlinBBQ  2 роки тому +1

      Because if you listen, I say from start to finish (including prep and resting) was 1 1/2 hours.

    • @Philzzz1
      @Philzzz1 2 роки тому +1

      @@JusPiddlinBBQ yeah if you read the text you put on the video.....that part that you screwed up with the audio and needed to add text it said total cocking time 1 and half hours. In the vid you said 45 / 50 min.....have a clue, Anyway I tried the method and it sucked. Stick to something you know,
