Sir, i have completed the video till 8. one doubt to ask can we install 2 Exsi OS in one single server ? as i searched in google it show nested exsi and not viable in production environment, so here in the labs you created is exsi 1 and 2 created on 2 different physical machine? Please clarify.
The hypervisor gets full control over the hardware, so only one can run at a time (if you’re talking Type 1 hypervisors, or bare metal hypervisors). For Lab purpose in my home Lab, what I did is, I have a high end specification hardware and over it I installed VMware Workstation than in VMware Workstation, I installed Two ESXi host as VM... The same thing I have explained how i created my home lab. Hope your doubt is clear
@@NoorNetworks okay.clear now..I was talking about a bare metal hypervisor in production. Now as you said only one can be installed because it takes care of the entire resources my doubt got clear .
Hi Poojith, In the starting videos I have shown how to download hypervisor and vCenter. However, for this series you will be doing the Labs on Cloud. Everything is explained just you need to refer the videos from Tutorial number 1.
vSphere7 version Lab has been discontinued by VMware. So I have shown how to move to vSphere 8 and continue. It will be just a version change, concepts will remain same.
Please keep it up! You are the best. Thank you!
Thanks, will do!
