I have family in Scranton and the surrounding area. This breaks my heart. This is not okay. There are a plethora of vacant buildings in our state that our government could take by eminent domain. They could easily turn those buildings into public housing, mental health centers and addiction centers. Also make your area lucrative for business to comeback. Get the employment back. I remember when downtown Scranton was the place to go shopping. I remember The Globe Store, and how pretty downtown was and that was in the late 1970s.
I live in the Scranton area. The city has gotten worse over the past 10 years or so, but what's been really shocking is the deterioration over the past 2-3 years. City officials keep on saying everything is great and no one wants to tackle the actual problems that are spiraling out of control.
What the fuck are you talking about? The city has massively improved in the past few years! That’s an objective fact! Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in the 90’s and early 2000’s was like stepping into a scene from Taxi Driver.
@@Blackdiamondprod. We're just talking about the city of Scranton, please stay on topic. There are definitely nice places to live in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre metro area today, but we are not talking about that. The city of Scranton is not nice - I'm not saying it was nice during the years you referenced, but I believe it was nicer then than today. Also, not sure how you can throw around the "oBjEcTiVe FaCt" when you are giving your opinion, which I and others do not agree with
Very true, but why would you want to live in garbage? I realize they don’t have a solid roof over their heads, but living amongst all that discarded garbage is not right! Can’t they take what they don’t need to a trash can? This city needs to be more helpful to our homeless and not just ignore them like it looks like they’ve done here!!😢
This video was pointless… I thought u were going to advocate for these people not shame them..people are aware it’s a mess and not okay. What do u expect these homeless people to do with their garbage/unwanted items? Haul them to the closest bin? Some cities don’t even have trash cans available along their streets..Society is showing them there’s no place for them just like there’s no place for their garbage. I don’t think anyone’s saying it’s alright. Ur correct on the question as to how do we fix this? But shaming the homeless and calling them scrubs ain’t it….excuse me if I interpreted this video the wrong way but this is how it was projected to me. 60% of us are a missing paycheck away from this.
WOW, I was born and raised in Scranton. I left when I graduated high school back in 1977. There was no future or opportunities and I decided to move to the Ft. Lauderdale area. The city needs to put together a special dept to clean up the areas, get homeless advocates with info for these people. Let them know if they don't keep it clean, they will be forced to move on. Make them accountable for their actions. It's one thing to be homeless but keep it clean and orderly. Mental Health is a major issue along with drug use. SAD
I totally agree with you. But as you've seen in my camp it is somewhat better than the camps you had shown in your video. This is only because I like my camp as clean as I can get it. You have to realize that it isn't just the homeless that dump their trash down here, it is also the people up top that trashes it down here by throwing their garbage here as well. I am a testament to that fact. I clean it every spring and I'm tired of it. I do my best to keep it clean down here. But I lack the money to keep in trash bags in order to keep it neat and clean. Don't just put the blame on the homeless, it is also the city people that toss their trash down here.
Whether it was intentional or not, you came across very Callous and Pious. Not once did you mention the welfare of the people living in those conditions. You seem to only be worried about the trash. It also seemed at one point in the video you went to draw a weapon while encroaching on their territory in their home in their tent. Perhaps a bit of self reflection before part two.
Intent matters, we can tell you there was no “Callous” or “Pious” intention. Part 1 is about observation, this is what was observed. We are worried about the trash because it is unhealthy and potentially dangerous to the Unhoused, the departments in charge, and the citizens. As far as “territory” is concerned, is it their “territory”? 🤔 We guess you’ll have to wait and see where this goes. Thanks for the comment and engaging with us. It’s important for all to keep a dialog between us so that we may be positive influences on each other with ideas and discourse 👍🏻
I was thinking the exact same thing. There clearly isn't the same respect here that these guys would give average citizens. Would they peek into someone's house or garage like that? They have the same attitude as cops actually. Also if the garbage is an issue I will tell you that at least some of that garbage IS dumped by people who are not homeless. That problem is huge up in Dunmore and near Nay Aug Park. Every summer I see groups of a specific people bring their families and bring tons of food and beer and leave all the garbage right in it's spot almost every weekend down in the Gorge and up under the bunker hill bridge in Dunmore and the cops do absolutely nothing. If you are one of these people and are reading this, have some fuckin respect for nature and for other people and stop ruining it for everyone. I've been swimming at these spots for 30 years and have never seen this up until about 7-8 years ago when a new influx of people from out of town moved it. You aren't homeless so stop acting like it
@@WhatAWeekPodcast let me just say this, about 10 years ago down in Scranton I was homeless for 3 years with no help, no transportation to get anywhere, can't get a job looking and smelling like shit, so every one can say go get a job, well it's not that easy. I won't lie the trash part is crazy I wasn't like that, but I have been in camps where it was, and its due to people giving up or on drugs. I had to steal to stay alive, not that I'm proud of it but I'm here today because of it and i ask for forgiveness every day. there are people just like you and I, they need help. I had a guy now a close friend that took me off the streets and gave me a chance and I told him I wouldn't let him down, guess what I didn't, I work 7 days a week 12 hrs. a day, have a house a wife and kids, car truck SUV and other toys.... in the end its about not putting people down, it's about paying it forward and helping each other. have the resources reach out to them, they know where there at, they just don't care
I've passed by these areas and see this daily. Scranton has an issue building just like the West Coast, such as Portland, LA, etc. Nobody wants to see them. It will get worst too because rents are rising so high that people are getting priced out, and the drug addiction adds to the problem as well. To solve this, you need affordable housing and programs to assist transition away from drug addiction and programs that address mental illness in some. Scranton needs to step up their game.
I really hate to break it to you,; not all of us are addicts or mentally ill. Some of us are very functional humans; that have abandoned your norm. We are not addicts, we are not stupid. When everything goes to hell; guess who survives? It's not you. So fuck off with your predetermined answers. I know how to survive. You don't. I spent the entire winter out here. Did you? The moment it got below 70 degrees in your house you whined like a bitch We are not the same
I was homeless with 2 kids in Scranton my story was I lost my house and bc I lost my house no one would give me a time of day ATM to get an apartment being a single mom on one income. I lost all the money I saved to get hotels for my kids. 3 years later I got a one bedroom for now but housing isn't helping with a 2 bedroom and won't give me a 3 bedroom bc my boys can share a room they say. But I kept going to housing for a 2 bedroom and they won't even accept applications. I called the Catherine McCauley center everyday for a year they claimed they had no room to help me and my kids out I'm glad I got out of the rut but that's why majorities are homeless bc the landlords keep taking and taking. They can't get a job without a address and then they get stuck.
Right! Can't get a job without an address. Where are the social workers helping these people into transitioning into a home. A minimum waged job in Scranton can't cover rents being charged. The other factor is, if a person gets a job, is the job on the bus route? No one is working to help these people to get back on their feet. As for the trash...symptom of depression and hopelessness. ADDITIONALLY those piles aeren't made by a couple of homeless people. Those piles were made over YEARS!!! Some of it is crap people drop off for the homeless. How did any of these people survive the Winter??? Where's Catholic Social Services?
Being homeless is one thing but leaving all of your trash behind is another thing. It should be noted that when camping in a campground or hiking on a trail, it's against the law to leave your trash. There must be a way to help these people by providing trash bags and a bin (within walking distance) to dispose of their trash. It's sad for sure. It's not just in Scranton, it's everywhere. Even in St. Cloud MN, (I live 50 miles from there), we have homeless people. It's truly sad and you are correct when you say more needs to be done by local officials to help these people.
There are definitely NUMEROUS dumpsters around every single location in this video. So while I understand that mental illness and various unfortunate circumstances contribute to this... they aren't entirely innocent 🤷♀️ but on the other side, no one is holding them accountable, so why would they care? Change has to be a whole movement that officials dedicate time to, and keep up with. Effort has to be consistent. As long as they don't care, neither do the homeless or anyone else.
I am willing to come out and help to clean up this mess. I walk this section of the trail several times a week and it is awful how much trash is all over the place.
Yes, the whole situation is very unfortunate. The garbage is disgusting and revolting but many of the homeless keep their camps pristine and pick up their garbage. The bigger problem is homelessness and the numbers are growing every day in our country. Instead of videotaping the garbage problem, wouldn't it make more sense to collaborate and get the powers that be involved? Why not stop by Keystone Mission or the Community Intervention Center to sit down and discuss the overwhelming issues facing this dilemma. It is everyone's problem. And, remember, many homeless people today had jobs last year or last month and went through a life-changing event and ended up on the streets. It can happen.
Well I'm one of homeless person here n my site is very clean not all of us do this so u can't judge all of us n I seen u we're by where me n my husband site is who are u to judge us at least u we're not at my site cuz my dog would have bit ur asses my dog my hubby and myself we keep our spotless so u can't say all of us are disgusting cuz we're not some of us are rly good ppl n me n my husband weren't homeless until we lost our home in a terrible way so not all of us wanna live this way at least me n my husband have jobs n we have been trying to get a place so u can't judge all of us

I grew up in this neighborhood. We would hang out at the South Side Complex daily before the trail was even there. This is sad and disgusting and I appreciate you guys showing how bad this really is.
This is what happened to us after the office series finale. But seriously I moved back here after I graduated college and I’ve worked 15 years in human services alongside children youth and juvenile probation office nightmares, and in behavioral health. the whole area is in massive decline despite a boom in the gas companies that basically funnel gas and money out of the area and left us with mercury filled water and faucets that light on fire.
@@WhatAWeekPodcast I live 20 minutes outside of Scranton and work in Outreach program specifically helping people get their GED but our services Also include women’s reentry from prison, job searches. We have a few doulas, family groups and new mothers programs. Outreach Works on 7th ave

I’m a full-time minister to the homeless population in Santa Rosa California. The only hope is God, healing and restoring their mind. So many of them have mental disabilities and can’t do life like normal people. Others have a criminal record and can’t get work. It’s going to take people with strong faith to help get them on their feet, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
@@tylerjones2695his name isn't Jehovah, it'd YHWH and trying to falsely pronounce it like that is a direct violation of the book you claim to be a student of
I was thinking the same. Would they do this to a person's house? The very fact they did that shows that they don't view them with the same respect as a person who isn't homeless
Then let them move on your property..that's exactly what happened to me. Trying to be kind, I talked to them..Then they destroyed my property..I sold it, lost value and moved out of that corrupt state..btw, born there..
Where’s our Senator Bob Casey? Where’s Joe Biden & Hillary Clinton? They like to say they are from Scranton Pa?? This is not ok! Scranton used to be a beautiful area !!!
Its one thing to be homeless I get that people fall on hard times but to leave garbage and degree laying around and making our streets look like the city landfills is another it's what gove the homeless a bad rep clean up don't leave your garbage everything and maybe more people would help
The garbage is only a side symptom of the real problem. Let's not forget these people don't have a regular garbage collection service. At least they are generally stashing their waste in one location. Sure, it's illegal but at least the situation is not strung all over the place.
I lived in Scranton and the surrounding area my entire life. I remember in the 80’s the money and time spent to stop the pollution of the Lackawanna River and Roaring Brook, they really did a good job and brought fishing back and some beautiful areas to explore. Today the homeless problem is out of control. There is no resources for people in Scr. There’s abandoned building and homes everywhere throughout the city yet they aren’t trying to find a solution. It’s sad when you drive through certain parts and see them all walking out from the wooded areas walking to the one place in Scranton that serves free meals. I watched this g town come up from the disaster it once was with raw sewage dumping into the rivers to a really nice area where you can spend time with your family and friends and now it just is awful, the pollution in the river is probably worse now than it ever was. The only effort I’ve seen is the city painting million dollar murals on the wall faces coming into the city. What’s out of sight is out of mind. It’s really terrible what’s happening through the US, even here in a small city like Scr.
With what's sadly going on in our world you still need to be respectful The homeless can be the most kind people you could meet And sadly it could be us one day Take note
Hi, Annette. We totally agree it could be us one day. Thank you for the comment. We always try to not punch down. If we did, please let us know where we were disrespectful. We would like to correct or clarify if we were.
I had no idea! I knew by Redner’s there was a camp but had no idea this extent of it and no, it’s not okay!! They are closing their eyes to it. Thank you, Andy and Mark for bringing this out in the open.
I moved out of Scranton 4 years ago. My eldest daughter owns a house by McDade Park. I usually go there every two weeks or so, and man, it changed so much within 4 years. I've noticed a lot of illegals took residence there. I've noticed a lot of drive-by shootings. A cop was shot as well. Not to mention, Scranton has a big drug problem. It's sad to see it like this. The city holds a lot of history from the coal mines to the steam locomotives. Recently, I was at the old Washburn cemetery, which also has a lot of history. It was extremely neglected and overgrown with weeds. I volunteered to help clean it with a non-profit organization. I really hope to move back one day because i miss it terribly.
The local governments (City of Scranton and Lackawanna County) seem to want to ignore their roles in creating homelessness. My wife and I moved here over eight years ago seeking good schools for our children, and home ownership. We got both, but these governments have come out harshly against us. They arranged, after I fought them in court for a year, to send out a demolition crew and destroyed accessory structures we built (with City permits), falsely claiming they were a, “public hazard, built with no permits.” First, they cut through our privacy fence, then used an excavator to rip everything apart. My boys and I put thousands of hours of work, not to mention expenses, and the structures were extremely well built, but yet to be completed. We took all safety precautions, and built to code, despite being on a shoestring budget. It took heavy equipment operators over 20 hours to demolish most everything, then they dumped dirt over it, grass seeds and straw, and left. The excavator operator told many people that, out of thousands of demolitions, there was nothing as difficult as this. He said that the concrete was harder to break than any other. He also broke his excavator jackhammer bit. Besides our structures, they ripped up our rose/azalea garden, throwing the large, blooming shrubs into a dumpster. They buried tons of organic compost under the rocky, poor soil they dumped. They crushed hundreds of new, faced cinder blocks, hundreds of feet of straight rebar, dozens of feet of electrical conduits, and many tools. The City then plans to lien our property for $35,730, to force us to pay for the horrors inflicted upon us. They have zero justification for what they did. How many people do you know who have been wronged like this?
Unfortunately this is all really sad...But Noone could know what is going on in their minds...Survival mode is no joke..Having no safe place to lay your head at night is just ok...I feel they grab garbage to look through it for food 😢.......I pray in Jesus mighty name that all the people who have to live this way for whatever reason that their circumstance will change ...That they will realize they are some body too n that they are loved..It's easy for someone to down the less fortunate because they have no clue what it feels like to live like they do ...Sending prayers and love to all the people struggling ❤😢
The 25% core consumer inflation right after the challenges of COVID has been devastating to many people. But instead of investing in Americans, state and local governments focused on accommodating illegal entrants. There should have been a strategic focus on housing availability and affordability instead.
That’s sad and disgusting. It’s mind blowing how the trash gets to that point. And I thought the spot across from the shelter on 6th ave and linden st was bad and IT IS. Definitely no excuse for it.😢
It is sad for these people whom live like this. From drug an alcohol also mental health that all of us are facing and can end up like this. All of us have to help one way another. I remember back around 2004 it wasn't this bad around this time until 2012 it became little more of a problem and ended up like it is now.
And Lackawanna county is raising our taxes 33%. Residents of Scranton can’t keep up with all these increases. Taxpayers will be out in the streets soon. This wasn’t like this 4 years ago. No shelters. No affordable housing. What are people on fixed incomes to do????
@WhatAWeekPodcast this is so sad I just want to cry. Already had to sell my house because of the high taxes. There’s no where to go. Rentals are extremely high. Is This is what we worked for all our lives???
@ 🙏 🙏 🙏 Thank you for airing this. Gives us some hope to restore a once beautiful lil town. I don’t blame the homeless. We need help from the local, county, state as well as the federal but gave up on anyone having a plan or passing the buck that goes nowhere. I’ve called the county several times for assistance but never once received a phone call back. Just subscribed! Your channel is great!
Love what you guys are doing. Clean it up before it gets out of hand. Fight back put those ppl with the influence to do something about it. 😢. it's not ok ppl shouldn't tolerate the disrespect done by those who were chosen to have that seat. The seat is to elevate the communities in which you live.
Those camps, at least some are no longer there I noticed recently so I wonder what happened? Did they get pushed off to find a new place or did they actually get help from the city? It's ridiculous that Scranton has outrageously high city taxes, the roads are a mess and full of potholes, the remts for apartments are high af as if this is a big city and the apartments are shit that aren't even worth half the $ they charge. Scranton needs to have a cap on rent and do yearly checks on the apartments being rented to make sure they are up to code...etc.
What's frightening is the sheer number of encampments that are clearly abandoned. Why did they haul all of their stuff out there and then leave it? Where did they go? It's the same all over America. Signs that a person or persons just abandoned everything they owned. Places like Scranton can start to clean it up by running that mayor back to Oregon and hiring a conservative that's gonna help people get off the street. Other places are more difficult. In God we trust.
We need good leaders who will create a compassionate solution. Some are here because leaders changed laws that made them ineligible to continue recieving mental health care in a facility. They were deemed, not ' sick' enough. They were put out on the street unable to care for themselves. Some are veterans. No one who fought for our country should be homeless. These people are of us. Fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters. They are human beings. People were not created to live outside. People need shelter.
It seems like more people are just waking up to this going on around them. Maybe it's because they realised that they are just a paycheque away from this themself.
Most of these people homeless are dealing with addiction and mental health issues i was homeless on the streets of Scranton for a brief period of time and got to speak to alot of the homeless people here and most were homeless due to one of those two reasons or both. its sad. Scranton counseling doesnt help with these mental health issues they just enable the drug addictions, when i went to Scranton counseling to seek mental health help the Psychiatrist i believe Dr.Patel didn't ask me what was going on etc etc to get a gist of what i may have been dealing with mentally but only asked me and i quote "What do you want" as if i was an addict looking for my next fix and not seeking mental health help. I do agree with you there is no excuse but wheres your excuse for not helping other then just bringing awareness wich does absolutely nothing for us and our community bringing awareness is the bottom of the barrel of action little to none i can hop on the heritage trail right now and do the same thing and it will do nothing to help or bring action to these issues. This city needs people who really care and arent just looking for the next monetization paycheck
@@daedalebat8480 We think people care, but in the wrong ways. I.e. “what do you want?” It seems that their “empathy” and “compassion” leads to increased human suffering. Do you agree?
@@WhatAWeekPodcast i dont believe in enabling bad behavior some people are down on their luck and get stuck in a pattern and are unwilling to change i understand that completely i think we have all been victims of that and bless that we recognized and pulled ourselves out of it but everyone deserves an opportunity an addicted mind is a sick mind and that needs to be delt with properly and i think the pharmaceutical has alot to play on mentally ill minds today especially here in this area. If they fix everyone they lose money.
There is a new growing number of homelessness amongst seniors. People who have never been homeless. Their lanlord raised rent and tgey couldn't afford it and it's been a year and they still havent found an affordable apartment . Their ss checks are small . They are both disabled. He's in a wheel chair, she is using a walker . Our leaders caused inflation and if its not solved many more people will becone homeless.
The dude saying that this is f*cking disgusting seems more upset about the garbage and camps all around, rather than, that people are forced to live like this...get your priorities straight!
If you look at per capita Lackawanna county the amount of churches that they have in all different denominations yet this is what they have to offer people that have less than or that can do less than or that are just broken but they will put you in jail and they will keep you in jail and I will make sure that you occur fines restitution and court costs and if you can’t pay then then you’ll go back to jail it’s such a revolving despaired jumble but there are ways out and the best thing for people to do is just look around because people do careAnd hold tight to the people that care and things will be better we just have to have hope
Like it or not, human beings live there. How do you help? You can start by not showing up empty handed. Why dont you bring large trash bags and arrange for dump runs? OR share some food. You look extremely well fed.
So.... What is your proposed solution? All I hear from you is a load of gripe. To be honest you sound like your solution would be to just make these poeople dissapear. Sorry buddy, but thats not going to happen. More and more people are becoming homeless. Not the opposite. Time to face the reality that our middle class is shrinking. Demonizing the homeless shows exactly what you are made of.

They did an sweep and tore down the homeless peoples camps and did not remedy the underlying issue which human beings have no place to go in Lackawanna County they have one homeless shelter and their ceilings are dilapidated due to water damage that occurred during the winter where they then overflowed the people to the code blue which is overseen by the Keystone mission howeverIf you break rules at the Keystone mission like go Throughthrough a Clothing bin olive oilclothing bin which people donate those items anyway then the Keystone mission will kick you out of the cold blue and you’ll have a human being freezing to death outside now you tell me I know for a fact that Jesus who is born in a manger does not represent that so the remedies to the solution of homelessness you have the CIC which will givePeople tents tents and you have the keystone mission which gives out bed rolls so the homeless encampments are in eyesight of the Keystone missionAnd the Cic however no solution has been formulated to address the situation and furthermore if you were a man with a child you are in worse situation being homeless for there is nearly no outlets four person in that situation
Well to answer your question these people have absolutely nothing just life and sometimes they dont even have that .its a shame that these people are thrown out of society and noone cares
My challenge to you is stop by the Keystone mission n get some Facts about Homeless, Hurting n Displaced persons. N see how you can help. I whole heartedly agree with the trash issue but that is a result of many problems n issues these people face.

This was in my opinion was not a good interpretation. One the garbage thrown in all those those piles could very well have been left in part by people fleeing from the police. The Scranton police don’t do anything to help anyone in those makeshift tents shelters. The city doesn’t care about the people there. The programs that are supposed to help these people come with strict guidelines that don’t include many who truly need the help. Why? Because they have to have a job. Many don’t have jobs. Without a home it’s hard to keep a job. If they have a criminal record they do t get help. Period. I’ve been witness to it. People have frozen to death up under the bridges!! Died! Because they had no warm shelter! It’s sick that anyone should suffer in this city. Then you stand there saying get out? We don’t want you here if you think it’s ok? Of course they don’t think it’s ok!!! There are even disabled people there. I saw in the video the top of an oxygen concentrator!!! That means someone there needs shelter with electricity! My god your video just showed lack of empathy for the people living that way.

Hi there. We’re assuming you didn’t watch the full video, because if you did, you’d know it wasn’t against the people on the streets, it was to Shine a Light on the poor efficacy of our elected officials.
You didn't talk about officials. Somebody is responsible for cleaning up the trash, for sure. I get the impression you're just trying to make a video for profit. Good.luck.
Thank you for making a video of the situation. I could do without the creepy screaming lady in the background music, but otherwise, very informative. I only knew about one of the tents illegally sitting on the trail. I did stop by the lackawanna heritage trail today and spoke to Mr. Corcoran regarding any tents that might be on the trails. He said he would look into and if they are on the trail he would work to remove them. All the other areas are the responsibility of many others. I will be working on those "others" to try to do my part since I was sent this video by concerned citizens of the county. First and foremost, a Hazmat team will have to clean some of that garbage up, volunteers should NEVER try to do that especially since you don't know whats in it. Secondly, Lets hope that the legislature doesn't actually pass the pending legislation on passing out free needles or pass anymore laws legalizing/decriminalizing more drugs ...That will only make the situation worse. Lastly, The county has MANY programs to help homeless people, drug addicted people and anyone else that needs it. Those in the tents must request the help in order for it to be effective. If they don't then they need to be removed.
Did you know most of that garbage was dumped there illegally by the local housed people in order to make it look as though it was homeless people collecting it.
@WhatAWeekPodcast I'm not saying when you were there that it's not true what you saw. It probably was. I'm just saying when I was homeless we saw people dump all the time. That was 15-18 years ago tho. Also, I spend alot of time riding through all the woods around scranton and most of the garbage I see now is not from homeless people. You can tell by what it is. Either way I'm glad you are taking the effort to show this and try and take pride in and rejuvenate this city. Everyone puts it down but no one wants to do something to help. At least you are doing something. Better watch with the going in the tent stuff tho man. CC or not, that could end up bad for you

Definitely has the perception of that 😔
The problem in America is public figures can't be associated with a problem. They become blamed for it. It's a sad, superficial culture.

We will show and talk about all of that 👍🏻
Whether it was intentional or not, you came across very Callous and Pious.

I won't lie the trash part is crazy I wasn't like that, but I have been in camps where it was, and its due to people giving up or on drugs.

Hi Brittany. Thank you for the comment and sharing your story. We are so sorry that all of that happened to you. It shouldn’t have to be that way.
Agreed 😔
There are definitely NUMEROUS dumpsters around every single location in this video. So while I understand that mental illness and various unfortunate circumstances contribute to this... they aren't entirely innocent 🤷♀️ but on the other side, no one is holding them accountable, so why would they care?
Change has to be a whole movement that officials dedicate time to, and keep up with. Effort has to be consistent. As long as they don't care, neither do the homeless or anyone else.

Yeah. Sure. Then people would help. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Rents are more than people make in a month
That’s shameful 😔

And don't think it went unnoticed how as soon as a homeless person emerged from the tent you guys were "inspecting" your pal went for his firearm... And you diverted your camera. 4:16 what makes you think it's acceptable to go poking through and into someone's tent like that?

I have first hand report on what and how Lackawanna county’s response to the homeless and economically impacted people and it’s not what this filmmaker is portraying so far

Bidens home town , this is what ya'll voted for !
How can you be homeless in the Electric City
And people still Vote...
Well to answer your question these people have absolutely nothing just life and sometimes they dont even have that .its a shame that these people are thrown out of society and noone cares
Who says they were “thrown out” of society and “noone cares”? We sure didn’t.
we're all one paycheck from shitting in a bucket
My challenge to you is stop by the Keystone mission n get some Facts about Homeless, Hurting
n Displaced persons. N see how you can help. I whole heartedly agree with the trash issue but that is a result of many problems n issues these people face.

@@draven075 sad, but true

Didn't your deplorable thoughts get voted away from nepa forever? You stink of maga and you can't wash that stink away.

Did you know most of that garbage was dumped there illegally by the local housed people in order to make it look as though it was homeless people collecting it.
We would agree with you if we didn’t go see it ourselves.
That's 100 percent true. About half of that is dumped by people who aren't homeless
@@FirstLast-vl1uy we saw next to zero evidence of that.
