Maybe more natural, or all natural, products are best for your skin. For example, putting yogurt and/or honey on your face. Tumeric is anti-inflammatory. You can make a paste and apply it to your face. Stuff like that.

Try to incorporate probiotics into your diet for skin benefits. Sometimes stubborn skin issues are a (underlying) gastrointestinal issue
This actually very true especially because my diets has really changed. I’ll be more cautious about what I eat and how it affects my skin. Thank you
