    Thanks for comments and likes!
Couple of notes about this work:
These sticks are going to be dropped into a male and female connector parts that are about 7 feet apart from each other. So it's not critical to have exact ball shape. The only exactness required is the 1" diameter.
For now I haven't parted them off completely-I've left about a ¼" material left just in case if I need to remount them on the lathe and make a few adjustments. If no adjustments needed, I will just use a razor saw and a file to flatten that small nib.

All similar to each other. Great job!

I dunno... Might need to sharpen up the skew a bit. Great work as always!

Tarik Short your observation is spot on! This time I didn't sharpen it by hand on a flat diamond stone. I used Tormek without a guide -- can't tell if I did it right, but felt hard sharp on my thumb

Jake Gevorgian I was absolutely joking and it makes my tools look completely dull in comparison. I'm always impressed by your skew work.

Wonderful... I like to believe I'm good with a skew. Watching this shows me how erroneous that belief actually is :-) Clyde

Nice job Jake, as usual. You're a true master with the skew. Thanks for sharing! Paul
