nandini frst try to apply for judicial separation it is aacepted by the court easily and no need for consent from your husband and when duration granted for judicial separation is over then u can file divorce easily and u can show this ground for filling of divorce and if ur husband is not accepting then u can alone file for divorce showing negligent act of ur husband and is totally upon the discretion of court to accept that divorce 😊 hope this would help u
