Imagine hanging out with tomato, him excusing himself to go to the bathroom, then just hearing what sounds like a pressure washer turning on, then immediately turning off. Tomato coming back not even 30 seconds later.
So funny enough, I worked late at a mall many times. Most of the circumstances in this game are pretty true. Both the inside and outside doors are locked. I think if I remember it's to make it harder for people who hide in the mall to steal stuff then walk out. You pretty much have to go in through the back or side entrances.
9:40 the best name I've ever seen was the girl who worked at a restaurant, and her name was Action. I'm not joking, she was like 6'2 and named Action. What a fucking legend.
I feel like tank controls only work well with fixed camera angles, not when the camera constantly moves around all the time. The only people who did the tank controls with moving cameras were the silent hill devs. Also, at least RE gave you a break and paused the game when you went to switch out your weapons during any time
8:23 The scariest thing of all is that I actually live in Monroe, MI and the area code is correct for the phone number. Unfortunately it's called the Mall of Monroe, formerly Frenchtown Square Mall, not Monroe Mall, and it didn't open until 1988 when the actual game takes place in 1987, so that puts the game back down to negative one for accuracy.
1:38:58 I absolutely LOVE how there's a random, pristine CZ-52 locked away in a cabinet in the murder house. A Czechoslovakian army surplus sidearm just chilling out.
