It's like how a lot of people aren't able to differentiate between Mayflies and June Bugs. Mayflies/Fishflies are those wormy bugs with the big transparent wings that leave their corpses everywhere around the great lakes after their summer reproduction cycle. June Bugs are scarab beetles that live most of their life as larvae and erupt from the ground in swarms in the summer to reproduce.
I've only ever seen Hololive girls play this as of recent, this showing up in my feed after all those videos makes me feel like Tomato is a real Hololive waifu.
