I appreciate the announcer saying the names of all of athletes on some of the legs. This is the only event where all names aren't put in the screen. All athletes who participate should be recognized. Not sure why he waited until the home stretch.

Tennessee always piss me off how your first leg runs a 44 in the open 400 but can’t get his team off to a lead to save his life
Sometimes the relay stagger messes with runners heads. He has to trust his training.

I agree. When it was announced their PR was 3:06 I'm thinking there's no way that time advances. I love seeing a lesser-known school do so well.

Pretty clear they completely screwed it up. Even their first exchange was poor.
Baylor second leg was passing BYU, getting into 2nd place, and then BOOM. Camera pans, and the next time we see Baylor they’re in like last place.

And zoom out to see race development... not just one or two teams running.
I agree. hdRunners does this really well for California high school meets, with dual camera and transitions an everything. But not these multi-million dollar companies with media rights at the higher levels

Gotta love a sprinter that runs a great 4x4 leg (and anyone who gets out of Kentucky). He had a great meet. I've been watching him since he was at KY and that guy is focused, a team player, works hard and is producing results. It's satisfying to see him run this well.
Agreed. Guy is persistent. Made the right move and elevated his game. I expect him to be a threat in the 200m given his consistent 44.x splits - Mc coy and a few others will obv be in the way, but will be a good race.
USC fell of for sure. Was always a 400 4x400 and 400 hurdles as well as all sprints. Now nothings smh
