Thank you boys, this place right up my street as I don't like sharing a room. I used to stay in the Babylon before the lock down, owned by a lovely male couple, was told that, sadly one of them had passed away and now under different owners.
DeLovelys is beautiful, lovely well thought out decor in your room. Loving the Chatter tape measure, I could not exist without my tape measure darling!! My that steak and ale pie 🥧 perfection. Take care both 💞❤️ xx
DeLovely is one of only two places I would stay in Blackpool. I often go and enjoy fantastic hospitality from mark and Charlie in the public bar. You can’t beat it in blackpool. I always have a bespoke brekkie, 2 eggs on 2 hash browns. Love it, in fact it’s just „Delovely all round!“

Great and honest review . Loved the room very neat and practical . And the food looked divine . I would have chosen the same meal 😊 i like the fact that you can pour/regulate your own gravy ! Thats always a plus in my book when eating out 👍 💯❤️😘
Delovely is an excellent place to stay. I have stayed there twice and its been on tops both times. I stayed at the Delovely and Delovely 2 (because there are 2 buildings). The rooms have a theme decorated and I would say very high standard for cleanliness and facilities. The breakfast was superb and I found the same, it was all quality items and I would say "over lavished"... not complaining. Hospitality great there. Staff and the owners very welcoming.
DeLovely2 is no more if u mean the one across the street. But they have expanded next door and absorbed what was the Wilcott into one big fantastic Delovely

Excellent hotel and owners and absolutely delicious food. I have a hotel down the road and not sure what I would do with their gorgeous food 3 or 4 times a week. Great review as always. Promoting the town always. Xx
Lovely bijou B&B. It's definitely not a hotel, but it's of a high standard. However, the room was smallish and compact. The food looked fantastic, and the value was amazing. I have mentioned the Blues Sirroco before, only to say her rooms are very generous as is the bathrooms. Also, Hotel 11..I sort of don't get the hanger counting thing, most clothes these days are fabrics that don't crease much and most folk fold.
I really enjoy your reviews, havent been to Blackpool since a Labour Party conference in about 1995...might have to pay another visit! I'm with Colin on the coat hangers! drives me nuts when there are shitey coathangers!
4.00 Love your demo of how turn a mirror on! Only took 10 secs and "it's flashing". Stayed at De Lovely1 the week the real Queen passed away. It does look very different inside.
I remember this hotel was on Four in a Bed many years ago. I’m not sure if it’s the same people who own it now. The room looked nice and clean, and it had a nice bathroom. It was a pity the mirror wasn’t working. It was nice to see real fresh milk in the fridge rather than that UHT milk (yukky milk 😝). The meals in the evening looked really nice. I love homemade chips, and the breakfast looked good too!!
The mirror was the only thing that wasn't spot on, Roma. We agree 💯 about the fresh milk. It's much nicer than milk in sachets that many hotels provide ❤️☺️🥛
I like that Colin bounses on the bed to test it without going over the top and takes his shoes off. On one channel the vlogger goes way over the top and on another I told him off for jumping up and down on the bed with his shoes on.
That looks like a lovely place to stay. I've not been to Blackpool for yonks, but nice to see that there are decent, clean places to stay when I get the chance to return. 🙂
Hello Colin. We haven't stayed at an LGBT+ hotel in Blackpool that we wouldn't stay at again. There's plenty of choice when it comes to decent accommodation 🌈👍🏨
What a total contrast to Leonardo’s in Newcastle! Did they know you were coming to check them out? You say this hotel is always busy but it looked like you were the only guests. Did anyone else stay while you were there?
Hi Teesbrough! The DeLovely boys did know we were visiting and we suspect they may have upped the coat hanger count in our room 😄. It was only the dining room that was empty when we had dinner 🍽️ and that was probably because we ate just before it was due to close. But there were plenty of other guests staying when we were there and the dining room was full at breakfast time 👍🍽️🥓
Hi Colin and Tim Wow what a great place the DeLovely Hotel is. Clean and tidy, lovely bed, and wow Colin 14 coat hangers ! Now i thought the bow on the towel and stickers on the toilet roll were a lovely touch, and not camp at all, i wish more made these sorts of efforts. Now the food that was A1 especially the breakfast, and i did laugh when Colin got his own little jar of HP sauce. The evening meal i thought was lovely also and the prices amazingly good. What a 'De-Lovley' place. I remember staying at an LGBT guest house years ago & over a drink in the bar one night the owner said 'who eats an evening meal? It's Blackpool there is somewhere always open'. He said they buy food from places like Iceland & get away with it. Never, ever trusted a B&B since..... until now. I was crying that Tim left gravy & bits in his dish & them peas I would have snaffled like a pig in a trough! The breakfast looks suited to a good hotel. One of my fave B&B vlogs - i hope the two lads get good business after this. Not seen any of your recent vlogs or updates in a while - i feel guilty I'm neglecting the Chatter Gang. We've missed you idavo! You know Tim doesn't like a lot of gravy in his dinner 🍽️. The breakfast 🍳 is important to many hotel guests so we always include a review and the one at DeLovely was delicious 😋 and absolutely massive 😄👍🌞
As you both know I spent a night at Delovley and I think I got the smallest room with having the last available so my expereince was different to yours: No wardrobe so no coat hangers and had my mate have come we'd have been ontop of each other. Your room looked great though. My food at breakfast was good but the lady serving was rather abrupt.

Hello David. The public room layout has changed quite a bit since they extended DeLovely and the room we stayed in was in the new bit 🌞🏨👍

THOUGHT THE ROOM PRICE WAS A BIT ON THE STEEP SIDE BUT THE ROOMS APPEARED TO BE UP TO A GOOD STANDARD AS WAS THE REST OF THE HOTEL.
