How Wagner Kicked OUT France From AFRICA

Поділитися

  • Опубліковано 2 жов 2024
  • On July 26, the Presidential Guard of Niger deposed newly elected President Bazoum. This follows a recurring pattern in the Sahel region. A Military takeover, followed by the French garrisons ordered to leave the country... only to be replaced by the Wagner PMC. Russian mercenaries are now present in the Central African Republic, Mali, and Burkina Faso. What makes the situation complicated in Niger is that the country hosts thousands of both French and American troops. If nothing is done, the next target might be Chad.

Not really from Africa but from the Sahel region and n & western Africa, Southern Africa and central Africa are much more stable if you exclude the DRC or democratic Republic of Congo,
The problem with the Sahel region besides tribal disputes is the role of Islamist extremists that have grown in the region as the USA persecuted them elsewhere

What you forget to mention is the assassination of Muhammad Gaddafi by the French and their allies. This caused a power vacuum in the region since Gaddafi help to control the Tuareg. Furthermore the influx in weapons brought by the French and given to the rebels in Lybia caused the destabilization of the whole region because these Tuaregs ended up with a part of those weapons. France is partially responsible for the situation and the whole time they spent over there wasn't spent to fix the issues but beneficiate from it

Sounds like an excellent point. Gadaffi like his Iraqi counterpart kept Islamist extremists/and ethnic groups repressed, so helped maintain stability. The US and the West released this genie from the bottle. Gadaffi unlike Sadaam Hussein raised the living standards of his people and provided excellent education and health care, from what I read.

@@martinkelsen6049 Exactly and according to Hillary Clinton 's leaked emails, France was the one pressuring for the killing of Gaddafi. They did it because he wanted to create a panafrican currency that would be link with Gold and he wanted to create an African IMF. This France couldn't allowed because it would have been the end of their puppet currency the Franc CFA and the USA couldn't allow it because it was a direct attack on the dollar. It’s more complicated. These Tuaregs did come back from Libya, but overall Gaddafi is not that relevant to this story, because the Tuaregs rebelled for a long time before. Also, he is himself a cause of destabilization in the region. In the 1970s, Libya supported rebels in Chad, and invaded it by 1978, where Chad demanded the military intervention of France. A war which lasted until 1987.

Many of us don't know what France is doing in Africa. The economy of six African countries are controlled by France through the Central African CFA franc. Some of rulers of these countries have tried to free their people from this economic slavery but they were immediately overthrown. Qaddafi's government held 143 tons of gold, and a similar amount in silver. This gold was intended to establish a pan-African currency based on the Libyan golden Dinar. This plan was designed to provide Francophone Africa with an alternative to the CFA. Qaddafi's attempt to establish an independent African currency was not taken lightly by Western interests. In 2011, the French president Sarkozy reportedly called the Libyan leader a threat to the financial security of the world.
Russia on the other hand has never colonised Africa and perhaps can offer the continent a gateway out of the western imperialism.

The coup leaders were trained in one country. there is only one country known for Coups assassinations and destabilization in Africa and that is why all the coup leaders were trained in that country. The other countries threatening to support them against ECOWAS were also trained in the same country and came to power through coups. This is just the continuation of coups, assassinations and destabilization by this country in Africa. African countries should distance and detach themselves completely from this mischievous country whose only intent is to sow conflict like in Europe and the Pacific. The movie "Lord of War" covered it nicely. The western nations serve at behest of the military industrial complex, so facilitating an environment where the conflict never ends is in the best business interest of the international shareholders of raytheon, lockheed, grummond, etc etc.... 'humanitarian' and 'democracy' are just slogans to pin to the narrative title in order to continue the destabilized situations. the 'Islamist' groups use lots of American weapons after all.
Russia goes in and is upfront with who they side with, what their payments will be, and what they will be expected to do..... the western nations are intentionally ambiguous, have tons of personally paid off moles on every side of every conflict in every corner of the world. the west will say one thing, do another thing up front on the surface, and five other things beneath the surface; and they fund this insanity with our seemingly unending American tax payer cash cow....
Assange said the entire purpose of taxes is to transfer public money into the hands of private corporate shareholder interest. that proves to be truer and truer as the years roll on.
The coups make complete sense, the western backed corrupt civilian governments are by products of the "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" foreign/business policy the west has implemented since after WW2 on the world. Having said that, it is difficult not to have some sympathy for the Tuaregs and other minority nomadic type of groups in the desert trying to preserve their ways of life and operate with some autonomy.. I mean they are a different collection of peoples than the national borders they inhabit so based on the ideal of a 'nation state' they absolutely qualify..... but the world is far from ideals and is about who gets what.... hence we find ourselves in these predicaments and many people will die in the struggles on the ground as ultra rich elites play games within games to obtain their perceived edges.

"Most African countries formally gained independence more than half a century ago, and almost all European powers have moved away from overt colonialism. However, the notable exception is France. Neo-colonial exploitation continues today through the systemic dependence of West and Central African states on French public institutions, banks and private conglomerates, to whom the Elysée Palace ensured monopolistic dominance in many markets. Not only has France been blocking the reconstruction of the statehood of the countries of the Sahel and the Gulf of Guinea for years, but even on a moral level it does not feel like hitting its chest."
      "
(2021) At the beginning of this year, the attitude of the French government made several headlines in African newspapers. French President Emmanuel Macron has ruled out apologizing to Algeria for colonialism, although he had previously called the tragic events of that period crimes against humanity and acts of barbarism. The Elysée Palace also came under fire after French special forces dropped bombs on a Muslim wedding in Mali earlier this year. Although the target was Islamic terrorists, accidental wedding guests, including women and children, were killed. At the same time, the countries of the North and West Africa region remember well the words of the French president that Africa has a civilization problem. Given the regional historical context, Macron could not have chosen more unfortunate words. They are easy to compare with the French civilization mission from the colonial period. After World War II, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and, above all, Great Britain were forced out of the continent thanks to local national liberation movements, the pressure of their own public opinion and the need to focus on rebuilding their own countries. Only France could not accept the following changes in the world order, it wanted to stay in the first league of global powers. It was supported by the United States, which tried to counterbalance Soviet influence in Africa. France created Françafrique - a system of more or less formal personal, institutional, political and economic dependencies, thanks to which it could continue to exploit the riches of Africa, and at the same time cooperate with the political elites of the newly created countries of the region"
      And there is tons more..
Agreements with France also oblige the above-mentioned 14 countries to maintain as much as 50% of foreign exchange reserves in the French Central Bank (previously it was as much as 85%!). Every year, almost half a trillion euros are transferred to Paris from the taxes of African taxpayers. African republics can only use half of their budget, and if they want to invest more funds in development, they can only borrow their own money from France on market terms, i.e. with appropriate interest." "However, when Paris withdrew from the region in the 1950s and 1960s, it forced humiliating deals on them that give French companies a privileged position in all tenders, investments and mining contracts."
Ofc they not colonised by French, who says they are 🤣🤣🤣 read a damn book sometimes.

Well he left out the huge fact that the US has over 1000 troops in Niger and the U.S. owns the Trade and logistical routes in all the counties that he brought up….Wagner are kids with toy guns….they don’t have the power to move any major logistics in the countries….sorry Russia has zero bases in Africa…all this is on the Wagner end is a way for them to make money because Putin wanted to intergrade them into the Russia military where their pay would significantly decrease. So they are going to a place they feel they can make money…till they get their ass’s kicked or toe the line for the US. Either way, they mean nothing. Sorry.

      @robbycook4298 Рік тому

@@brettvogel8418 Name one area they have been humiliated? One time? Because correct me if I am wrong the US military currently controls 95% of the worlds trade and logistics routes located in over 125 different countries with almost 987 bases outside of the United States. The base in Germany (Ramstein) is larger than any base in Russia or China…that’s just a US air base in Germany. The next largest is in South Korea…then a base in China…but if we count US bases in the United States Ramstien is like 30th.
The US can move logistics and protect logistics into any country in the world within 48 hours…Russia can barely move logistics to the areas of Ukraine they now own in that time. Russia has been embarrassed in every military conflict over the last 50 years…right now are getting served up in Syria, Ukraine, and soon Africa…because they can’t move logistics to sustain.
The US pulled out of Afghanistan because the logistical route were worthless…instead we are going the way of the Black Sea where it is actually profitable….we took that away from Russia. And the Gulf of the Otoman and Gulf of Persian…because again those are profitable. Afghanistan was set so US could take out Iran if needed, but Iran has dumpster fired their own economy…no need for the US to step in…they are destroying themselves.
Remember…most of the world is the sea. Most profitable trade routes have to go by sea or air over the sea. Russia is just a joke…set to crumble because they fell into a trap. Then next is China, because they lost their cheap labor force and didn’t built any projected military might outside of their own boarders (they can’t collect loans they gave out without US support)…India is going to take over as the leading exporter stabbing both Russia and China in the back as they crumble. Come on man, you need to be realistic with your self.
