HilljackZack well there’s definitely trucks you can find under 10k like the F-150’s and such but say like the Silverado 1500 it’s common to find high mileage ones at 13-14k, I just bought me a 2007 Tacoma with 129k miles on it for 14.5k
Weston Gilbert here in Ohio that same truck you bought would be worth about $7,000 high mileage Silverado’s go for $4,000.
Had a ‘06 5.4 Ford for about a year and had close to no issues with it. Got totaled in an accident and bought a ‘13 5.0 F150 with the insurance money, it’s been damn near perfect so far
5.4 L 3 valve is maybe the worst motor ford ever made. cam phaser issues, spark plug issues but mainly the motor.
Love my 2006 cateye silverado. Definitely turns heads, they really do clean up nicely 👌🏼

Well I’m from georgia where guys with a 2008 Silverado with 230k miles and maybe two thousand dollar setup think their truck is worth 18k.

I picked me up my first vehicle just a few months back. 2007 F150 XLT 4x4 crew cab with just over 136k miles on it for 8 grand. Has some rust and and broken leaf springs but I love the truck right now. Interested in getting new shocks and a functional lift kit on it. Truck was a single owner one as well. Pretty good find on that.
I bought a 2006 Ram 1500 for 9k in Alaska and I had to say I got really lucky cause it was a night runner edition and it was 1 owner and he literally has 50k miles on it and it has no rust completely zero rust I was surprised because it’s Alaska and the road conditions are pretty bad during winter with the salt on the road and potholes everywhere. The previous owner kept it in the garage and he only bring it out to go fishing

My brother just got 2007 f150 lariat with only 125,000 miles it has a really clean interior. No body rust. All terrain tires with 80% tread. It was only $4200 and it came with a canopy so he can probably sell that for $600. The only thing wrong with it is a small electrical issue but that doesnt really matter.
Needs to fix that asap or it will burn down eventually
I've owned alot of tundras and have loved them all. They are super reliable and they definitely hold their value🤷♂️

Tundras are also 5 lug and many dual drilled wheels cover Tundras and Ram 1500s. You can get nice double cab and crewmax SR5 07-09 Tundras for under 10k in the South, but you're looking at around 150k miles.

Whoa, I’m a Ford guy and all but I disagree the 6.0 PowerStroke should not have made the list, they are awful unless they are bulletproofed of which will run the same as a 7.3.
P.S. those burnouts were 7.3s
American Truck Nation you’ve got it wrong. The 6.0 is amazing without the bulletproofing, as long as you don’t put a hot tune on it, just leave it stock, and your 6.0 is good from the factory(I know it’s really hard to have a completely stock truck) and yes, I have had a 6.0, it’s my profile pic.

I bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado extended cab LT and it came with 218,000 miles and I don’t know if I should be worried for then engine or not. The truck was very well taken care of and maintained

It's funny when people say 10th gen f150 are ugly but they had the most badges from the lightning, harley, king ranch, lariat, etc. Someone bought them
Dude I have a mint 02 xlt with 98k miles 3inch lift and 20inch wheels with 33s. Haters are gonna hate but what's unique about 10th gen is that theres not many in perfect condition. While everyone is driving in the same truck the next guy has I'll b that guy in a great running, brand new looking 10th gen truck for a FRACTION of the price as these newer models. I also have a 88 firebird. I'll b the guy in a real classic muscle car while everyone else is driving the same camaro, charger and mustang. 10th gen in 2020 is originality. To each is own but dnt hate on the 10th gen lol.
Dude is a fuckin hater on 10th gen and they obviously have not seen my white 98 f150 4x4 dual pipe sitting on 33x12.5 mt 20in XD rims with new headlights and taillights in mint condition my baby is a beauty if I do say so myself lol. I get plenty of complements and thumbs up every where I go!!

Why no 2nd gen Cummins love I've seen hundreds of them for under 10k my personal one for example is a 2001 p7100 swap 24v with the six speed paid 4500 bucks with 135000k miles on her and threw in a couple batteries and a starter on her and she's been mint ever since gotta give the 2nd gen love man
Just to add to the comments. I got a 03 Ram 1500 ST with 79k miles for 7,500 no rust, no weird conversion, 100% stock with OEM parts. I think I got lucky the owner just used it to go hunting.

Can't find a truck over 10 years old in Michigan that isn't rusted out. I'm willing to spend $20-$25k on something a little bit newer that can replace our van. Any chance you could make a video on this?
I know these seem to only be half ton to 3/4 ton trucks but the ford rangers you can easily find in 10k

Just got an 01 f350 lariat crew cab long bed 4wd with the v10 and only 77k miles on it a couple months ago. Thing was always garage kept and is mint. Paid $22k for it. Will post pics in the gallery when I get my new wheels and tires. Going old school 16" and fat tires .
My dad gave me this third Gen 2006 ram 1500 lone star edition with the 4.7 v8. And it’s a crew cab too and it runs well even after all the punishment it took.
If you can go over that 10k tag you can get a first gen raptor for pretty cheap now

n. chapa the ages of all of these trucks make them worth about $5k in Ohio and that’s if everything works properly.
Why you gotta hate on the 10th Gen f-150?
A hard truck to find for cheap is 2006-2011 Ford Rangers, it's hard to find them cheap. I bought my blue 2010 FX4 XLT 5 speed for $7,500, it was steal at the $8,000 buddy was asking. I'm a picky buyer.
You can find a lot of these for 5-6 k on Facebook market pretty easily. I live texas and find them cheap all the time and in good condition but it may be my location. But it doesn’t hurt to look
Titan is so insanely slept on. Got my 08 pro 4x for 3700. Literally cannot beat it for that price

I just bought a 2000 Ford F 150 single cab Xl 4x4 with 124k miles for 4 grand as my first truck. Here in my area there are not many good selections for trucks. I wish i could have gotten a silverado but they are way too much. It has crank windows lol

I own a 04 5.4 and I actually got 150k miles out of it before any sort of ticking ever happened. After it started I found an after market company that builds the 5.4 to virtually the same dimensions but fixing the design flaw

I got a 2006 2500 5.9 a couple months ago for 19k, it's above 10k but not quite that 30k mark. It had 160,000 miles and no rust
Logan yeah I really don’t know where they got that number here in KY you can find them from 8k-20k and usually the 15k-20k ones are pretty nice looking and have a lot of aftermarket stuff the only truck I saw that was near 30k was like a completely custom built 2007 5.9 that was putting out like 800hp-900hp and it was a absolutely worth it

My 2005 f150 was 5500 and it had a 6inch lift on it already
Our cat eye is a farm truck since it left the lot and it has 315 thousand miles and has no issues and we've beet the crap out of it they are a real solid pickup

Got a 2007 Classic Silverado 1500 Z71 extended cab. Surface rust at the top corners of the bed and rockers are a little rusty. 2.5 in suspension lift. 18x9 Fuel Hostages, 33 11.5 A/T.

Actually the 3rd gen cummins is way less then 30k in the south. The most expensive one I've seen down here is 20k because they done stuff to it but in average a 3rd gen ram 1500 is about 7k. Mine that I had got a basic 06 1500 with the 4.7 for 5500

07-13 silverado/sierra had 4l60e in the first few years but went to the 6 speed around 2010 and that was way better still had the afm tho.

Trucks are expensive there in Canada there are tons of 2009-2010 f150s for dirt cheap but they are normally rusted

What is the advantage of the maghoyes 7-9 vs rough country 7 inch lift kit besides the extra 2 inches of lift?
They are pretty comparable, but Rough Country is a great budget option!

The 3v 5.4 Triton isn’t too bad if you can Replace your cam phasers and do the timing job yourself. I’ve got 357k on a 05 XLT Crew Cab and it’s been on 35s since it hit the 200k mark.

Wow you would think they would say something about a Toyota even though they probably all will have higher miles you can still get into one for a really good price especially at 10,000 mark if you want one with lower miles well give or take a few extra dollars but still. I live here in Florida and I got mine for really cheap well considering it’s a 99 zero rest and has high miles but still I love my truck wouldn’t trade it for anything

Your first truck the 08-13 silverodo my dad bought one BRAND new put 140 miels on it and the transmission went bad and the fix cost more than it wad worth
i got a 3rd gen 2007 dodge ram 1500 big horn edition and its came lifted from factory so its tall as hell and people gonna hate on me for this but its not hemi its a 4.7L it was whats was available at the time when i was lookingn to buy a dodge and it was under my price range

I got a tenth gen lariat supercrew with 147,000 miles on it for $4700 no stains on the inside one small rip on the seat and no dents or scratches on the outside plus I don’t have to worry about my spark plugs blowing out

I have a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 crew cab LS short bed and i plan to put a 3 inch lift kit on it but do you have to stretch the steering arm to make it work with the lift kit
