How do you ensure consistency on screen tension. This does not look dummy proof.
what in life is dummy proof? we have another frame that you can tension to higher levels which can help.
i suppose one would get better at it if you had to do 100 a day?

does it matter the direction the mesh sits on the frame? (coating on the bottom or on the top?)
the coating always goes to the garment you are printing with the rougher side having the ink and squeegee

Do you sell burn screens with customers images?
Sorry No
This is nowhere meeting expectations to conventional type screening process. This mesh is one time affair, use it and trash it in bin. It's waste of money 💰 for periodically repeated orders this is not good option at all.
This is certainly a different type of set up and operation. Costs are different and I have always found them to compare favourably against traditional screen making, I agree you need to get your head around a different way of doing things and decide if the advantages of this system suit your needs and print shop
can it take any emulsion or is it a special mix?
The screens are specially made and unique to this system so no emulsion needed
