Love this and love you guys! Have been a fan since your Rammstein reactions. Definitely have to listen to anything Holding Absence as well. Both these bands have saved me at my worst ❤😊
I hate to say it but it's not 100% live and it's mixed/produced very well. There is a backtrack or loop of some kind for some of the guitar layers being more than 1 part being played at a time and only 1 live guitarist. Also there are some layers to Rory's parts or echos and that effects part towards the end, before the breakdown. Now I will say Dayseeker is amazing live and this does not take away from any true live performance they do. This is an amazing quality studio recorded "live" version for sure!
People for whatever reason have trouble understanding that and get mad for pointing that out. They’re still awesome, but there’s definitely a heavy filter and processing on the vocals and a lot of stuff in the backing track. I love his voice, but even on the album his voice is so processed and has this weird breathy sound that after awhile started driving me nuts haha
@TipToeVertigo thisnis doctored a little bit, as these live studio recordings often are, but if you get the chance to see Dayseeker live, Rory will sound exactly like he does in the recordings, and in this video. He's truly am incredible vocalist
Thats distortion in the mic with effects its 100 live. The sound matches the lips. Sometimes people really do just have that vocal gift. Look at Elvis look at Johnny cash look at scott stapp from creed. This is live there's just effects in the mic. Auto tune isn't just for pitch correction its been used for the sound itself. Bands like attack attack and performers like Cher tpain and even though I hate to say it like Miley Cyrus even. Some people are just gifted. Get over yourselves and quit being envious. Another one is caleb shomo. Its also called a lot of training and years of practice.
Dont ever stop a song in a reaction video. The full experience can only ge realized with a straight play. React afterwards and replay as needed. You put your input ahead of their mastery and esentially wreck the experience.
I love this band man. Rory gots some pipes on him for sure
I’ve seen dayseeker live twice and they sound amazing. The whole show never disappoints and their lights they use are awesome
Dayseeker never disappoints. Rory having a supporting singer like that, it's not even fair.
Props to the guitarist and his vocals as well!
His hair eats his forehead when he hits the high notes! 😂
Rory doesn't miss

Very cool
I like the live version better than the original and that’s saying a lot! This band is so talented it’s ridiculous!!
They sound better live
