The headphones need to be broken in. For most people this will take quite some time. I just purchased these and fo the first 5 or so days they were almost unbearable. I stuck it out because when I tried on the pair in the Apple store they were extremely soft and comfortable. This makes sense considering the hundreds of heads that they experience in the Apple store. After a week now and some very long up to 8 hour coding sessions wearing them they are almost 100% comfortable. My suggestion would be to stick it out for some time and I believe that you will have a very comfortable set of headphones.
Jesse L. I felt the same thing when I’ve tried it in the shop. Thx for clearing that up cuz I’ve been trying to find the similar experience as mine but didn’t until now.
Beats Pro better for the gym, the on ear beats will let’s your ears breathe better and have more airflow to not get warm vs over the ear Sony and Bose.
I’ve found that when using headphones, I generally will let them clamp just behind my ear. I always hated having headphones around my neck, but the downside is.. I drop a lot of headphones when I forget they are clamped there, and start doing silly things.
You don't wear them right, I play basketball with them for hours and my ears are not hurting, you place the top of the ear inside the cup so you don't feel pressure and bum perfect headphones... I'ma buy a second pair for color swapping

On the note of getting the standard headphone jack to apple iphone charging connector its valued at about 25 dollars for about a 3 inch conversion cable, its ridiculously priced and horribly clunky being as it now forces you to either listen through a wire or charge and get forced to listen wireless.

A little confused by the argument against he easy pairing and battery status that gives you after they’re paired. I think beyond the first pairing it’s nice to see that headphones consistently repair without having to go into settings to select them even. Most bluetooth devices even if they are previously paired you have to go into settings to select them to be used again.

But I believe because there is no cord, using them for phone calls make you voice sound far away and distorted to the person your speaking with, so no good, and again they're tight and heavy making them uncomfortable to wear for long period of time. They are really beautiful, I love the color, I got the light blue, and the sound is great for music and tv shows I watch on my phone and laptop. Are you making your comments against the Bose and Sony without their EQs on? Not many share your opinion and I don’t see how you can prefer these. Why don’t you review the nura headphones?
Yes, my descriptions of the Bose & Sony assume no EQ. 1. I don't use EQ often, 2. If I EQ them to my preferences and they sound nothing like they do to someone watching my video, I dunno how useful that is. I don't think Bose support EQ in their app yet, so if you want to address tonality you'll need to use a separate app. Sony app has pretty nice EQ options but it disappointingly reduces the Bluetooth connection to the lowest quality. The Beats require no such fiddling, they just sound good in every app, on any device you connect them to.
I think they fixed the issue with the wind noise while walking around with ANC or Transparency Mode. My Beats are just working fine in 2021. Great review.

Audio quality better than 700 or xm3? Lol remind me not to come here for audio gear opinions again. I know sound quality is very subjective, but no way that these sounded even close to the Bose 700 and Sony XM3 in bestbuy stand. Not in sound quality or ANC or comfort or embedded tech and EQ app like Sony
I have a few audio nerd friends here in SF, some of them have $1,000+ headphones and earphones, and they've all agreed these sound better than XM3 and Bose 700. Not that it's a high bar, mind you.
I agree the Solo pros just sound basic, and not immersive. I like to feel my music. Plus the build quality sucks. I am team XM4’s and Bose 700. : ). I realize now that everyone has different opinions makes me wonder if this video is sponsored. LOL
They look like headphones my 6 year old nephew would wear. That colour is awful, like a babygrow. I hate beats, they put weights in their headphones and I will never pay extra money for headphones because a celebrity name is on the box.
@@Ivory113 I'll take your word for it because I haven't heard it. But I'm betting due to it having only SBC and AAC, if you compared it with competitors in the same price range this beats wouldn't sound so good... and you gotta pay for a cable to use it wired! 😡 That's the robber coming back for more. There's 2 brands on my $**list, Beats and Bluedio.
@Jon995 I agree about the Beats comment but I’m not sure about the Bluedio one since those are targeted at people who don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on headphones, so if you take that into mind, they’re actually quite nice.
Great review, as always! As much I want to love these, I generally stay away from on-ears because i wear eyeglasses. I don't even last 5 minutes from the pressure on my ears getting painful and uncomfortable 😥
@@SuperReview haven't tried them yet. I have limited time using on ear headphones compared to over ears. But they do look kinda comfy and light, maybe something good for the office 🙏
There are a few considerations with the H1 chip you didn't mention. You can have two output devices simultaneously connected to a single pair bluetooth headphones with the latest version of BT. With H1, all devices associated with an AppleID can connect and output to your headphones. My Sennheiser Momentum headphones will constantly chime when I get a phone notification even though I'm connected to the laptop. Devices will sometimes "fight" for the connection to the Sennheisers. That doesn't happen with the Apple system, as their layer on top of BT has rules for handoff. Overall, it's minor, but it is nice to not have to always actively manage bluetooth connections. The pairing card you get can be helpful too. By turning on headphones near a device, you can connect the headphones to the device without having to go into the device settings and manually connecting it. Again, like above, this is minor. When you have multiple audio devices and multiple headphones, powering the headphones on near the device and getting the card is just a nice little shortcut that allows you to further avoid having to actively manage headphone connections.
@@SuperReview Definitely its not perfect but it's a sneak preview because honestly I order headphones a lot just to be disappointed because you can't test them at this point.
I am in the rather large head demographic. Maybe just a notch below a Tito Ortiz size head and I wear eyeglasses where clamp pressure is a factor for sure. Shame too, the color and design is quite spiffy.
nice review- constructive criticism here but your review is too long in my opinion, condensing it through editing or cutting the script would make it excellent- good job here though

LOL
Please do a review about Sennheiser PXC 550 II.
That or Momentum 3?
2020: automagically
🎩
That’s what you feel using those headphones
Is it just me or do these headphones look cheap?
👀
They're Beats... they all look cheap
What about something like Porta Pros? They light enough to not cause issues, or still painful?
@@SuperReview haven't tried them yet. I have limited time using on ear headphones compared to over ears. But they do look kinda comfy and light, maybe something good for the office 🙏
Anyone know if theyre sweat proof?
Are these still worth getting?
I would say the same thing about them today.
@@SuperReview Alrightt thanks!
definitely, they’re also a lot cheaper now!! u could probably get them for $120 now
@@rivur._ Thankss! I already bought them, the cheapest I could find was €180 tho. But I love these headphones :D
Bro try sennheiser pxc 550
That or Momentum 3?
@@SuperReview not tested momentum 3 but pxc 550 is awesome
thank you very detailed review and not changing subject at all... its a yes from me
He said yolo instead of solo
Mine won’t connect
Would you please review mee m6 pro 2nd gen
I won't review it, but I have a pair. It's pretty good, a bit cheap feeling, but nice bass. I'd get Tin T2 or Blon BL-03 instead, though.
@@SuperReview thank you so much! ☺
I think to make your reviews better.. You can place the headphones on the Microphone so we can hear a 3D audio sample of what they sound like..
Hmm, some others do that, I don't think it works.
Just to correct you, there was never no marriage.
nice review-
constructive criticism here but your review is too long in my opinion, condensing it through editing or cutting the script would make it excellent-
good job here though
Tell that to zeos
Still loving my beats solo 3 in Matte gold. 💗💗🥰 I love the RoseGold-ish color. I've also unboxed mine here ua-cam.com/video/Wg91pMBYajI/v-deo.html
Getting this from my dad for my bday bec were on a budget rn so im just checking out some vids abt this headset
Cathy Korn $300 is considered budget for you?
Jack Lamb lmfao
“If you don’t look at this thing and love it, then I’m afraid we are not the same person.” 😂😂 Sorry bud, I like how they look aside from the silly beats logo, but yea, unfortunately I’m me, and you are also not me.
I guess the people hating the color is too old too understand the vibrant colors..They are from the black and white days..
I love the color, but even I'll admit it's pretty loud -- can feel a bit self-conscious when wearing them in public around dull adults.
